Agency that never responds after 3 days of calls, agency closed when you go on the spot, and when we finally someone at the end of the queue it promises to remind us for good and hop more news and silence radio. Too bad that a lot of kortenberg / Steenokerzeel resident work with them.

I contacted the agency 3 times by email via immoweb and once on their own website for an apartment for sale, never any response, no information even if the property was already sold or under option. After 2 phone calls on well is removed.

They did not come to an appointment first.
The broker has come on the second appointment. Helped us well. Recommended us another building that suits us better.
But the persons who work in the office are outrageous.
We have requested confirmation of our appointment, which we have not received.
Apparently they don't give confirmations
When we go to the office for an appointment, no one will come to you, we waited 15 minutes. (While they are clearly there)
