The Elton John concert on Wednesday was AWESOME as seen from my seats in the first row of the floor 1 section!

But this review is about my experience with Staples Center...

I was asked to show my tickets three times between entering the arena and finding my seats. I thought this was okay... just the ticket people helping me find my seats (though the first row isn't hard to find).

But then I got mad after being asked two more times to show my tickets for no reason after already being seated.

We had a great time at the 24 Karat Gold Bruno Mars concert. The music was great, loud and moving. He is one of the best entertainers out there. The Staples center was big, clean, and staff was helpful and friendly. Cant wait till our next concert or the show.

Good arena. Parking I was 25 next door during a basketball game and it was easy to find out seats. The arena is large and we were fortunate enough to get box seats which were AMAZING. There is a lot to do in the area after the game and plenty of places to eat next door so side from the traffic jam when you're exiting, I have no complaints!

Parking is crappy, but it's a HUGE venue and they've got some pretty cool VIP areas if you're ever able to check them out. We saw Adele here recently and while the concert was excellent, the staff around our seating area were pretty amazing themselves.

The experience at the Staples center is like no place else. The vibe is electric and it makes each second exciting. This review is pre-covid as I went to the pelicans-lakers game. I had a real blast watching the game here and was impressed with how large the stadium really is. While my seats were not so great l, I still had a pretty great time.

Below average venue. Overpriced, tough crowd, and long lines for anything/everything. If this the only place that's showing what you're looking, and you have nowhere else to go, well, it's tough luck. Wouldn't recommended it. Better if you drive further away if possible.

Horrible place to get picked up by rideshare drivers, one lane street's and construction is also completely in the way, what's the point of our Google maps telling us that chickhern is open when its closed during concerts or every weekend... why is there a turning light out in front if regular people who drive up to it can't use it to make a I turn if no adequate police presence is there to stop people from walking across on a red light or from cars parking in that interse for more than a few minutes to pick up people and drive off especially limo buses. Horrible traffic in front on the side and under the bridge area. The back is worthless talking about also.

I've been to Staple Center many times now. Like always, it a great time. Me & my boys had great seats. We were there for a Clippers game. Clippers won in a blowout against the Kings. Only thing could've been better, is if the Lakers were playing...

My favorite thing about the Staples Center, other than my beloved athletes that compete there, is the parking, safety, and logistics crew that governs the area on event nights. Traffic in L.A. is no joking matter, and you always have to plan for the unexpected when you are traveling and attending an event there. But once you arrive, parking is so well organized that you can zip in and out of the surrounding lots and garages with relative ease. To save a few dollars, I always park a few blocks away in economy lot parking because I am able to still walk and like the exercise, which can lower the parking bill from 20 dollars down to 10 bucks. The guards on the sidewalks and at the doors mean serious business but are very approachable if have a question about which way to go. The ticketing system is so modern with apps now that you don't need to worry if you lose your paper tickets. A cell phone with your ticket app or even just your driver's license being scanned in at the front gate and can gain you access to your favorite events. I am a Kings fan because I love how they treat their fans, and the inclusive language that they use in the promos and marketing. "We are all kings"...etc. I would like to score some Lakers/Clippers tickets at some point and see the arena decked out for basketball, and also for a stage performance like a concert or some comedy. The weather around the Staples Center is friendly enough that now and again you can see some famous people sneaking in to catch a game. Last year Ashton and Mila were in the stands at a Kings game I was attending, donning sports regalia and making a debut on the kiss cam. Certainly, there have been thousands of other sightings. For whichever team or act you come down to support, you will most definitely have a fun time and the logistics and parking staff and the rest of the hospitality crew are a huge part of that. The Staples Center is a world class facility and a Los Angeles gem shining bright.

I recently went to a Pink concert with my 9 year old daughter for my birthday, well the app I used to purchased my tickets through had double sold my tickets, so I had to purchase more which were nosebleed seats, still I didn't care cause I wanted to see pink. When the usher overhead me talking about what had happened he went to talk to his supervisor, unbeknownst to me and then returned with her to inform my daughter and I that we were being upgraded to the first floor. We were ecstatic and we thanked them both and ran to the elevator. This meant so much to us and made our experience so much better. Awesome customer service!!!
