This last weekend, my wife and I rented an AirBNB on 500 S Ervay St. We had a great experience with the valet at this location. Quick, easy, effective! I believe their names were Rodrick and Coulter. 10/10 Experience by these young men!
I had dinner on Main St and parked my car with Advantage Valet. Quick and very polite service. I will use them again.

Horrible horrible horrible service. I worked in the industry for a long time and I know when valets are being lazy and when they re on it.
My wife and I visited the Iron Cactus down town Dallas on main st. The valet saw us drive up looked at us and did not run to open my door or my wife s door. There was no greeting us letting us know we were in the right spot and I even had to ask if it was valet for the right restaurant. I ll let that slide.
Working down town can be difficult with the homeless people. I ve had homeless people try to steel cars by taking keys off our stand that a valet had left.
That being said, I walk up to the stand, where no one was around and I waited for a valet to come confirm my vehicle was on the way. I scanned the area 3 times to make sure there was a valet somewhere close but there was nobody. I noticed 2 sets of keys laying on the stand. Finally a valet ran up and mumbled something like your car is on the way. I told him about the keys and he didn t seem to care.
Our vehicle came and nobody opens my wife s door and nobody opens my door. I turn around to ask for a manager to let him know about the keys being set out in the open with no podium person. He mumbles oh I had an eye on them doesn t say anything more, turns and starts talking to another valet.
I actually went to speak with the manager of the restaurant and was told that they have no control over the valet company. The city of Dallas is in charge of that.

I had a great experience with Advantage when at an event recently in the Arts District downtown. Super-prompt service, and they even remembered my name. Very impressed.
Not only are they were they rude, but the organization they had was in the deliberate THEFT. Two bags and a credit card were stolen from my car and the credit card was hidden in my car so they had to have looked for it. Please do not use this company unless you want to be stolen from.

I recently got valet at the Lexus Red Parking Garage when I visited the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas and I had an exceptional experience. Each valet driver I saw was very professional and kind, and I was able to receive very quick service/return of my car which can be a headache during any event, even smaller ones (those of you in the area know!!). I will definitely be wanting to using this valet service from here on out! Thanks!
Horrible!!!! They damaged 2 more cars in the 5 min I was there to complain and completely destroyed the back of my 4runner. Very unprofessional and they never answer calls! It is simply horrible how they can return your car without having the audacity to tell you they messed it up. Absolutely horrible! Beware!

do not use them unless you like damaged vehicles. Luckily building management of location knows what is up and is handling everything, including looking for a new vendor for parking management!
Crashed my car while valeting it at Moxies and the driver wouldn't admit fault. Now their insurance company has to open an investigation, talk about a disappointment and massive pain in my rear. DON'T HAND OVER YOR KEYS!!
If you want a prompt, easy, and great customer service valet company this place is it! They take your car in, treat you with respect and make sure your car is safe and ready when you need it. They also have a Handy Shuttle service that takes you to the One Arts Plaza for you to enjoy.
They were quick and highly professional when taking my car and getting it back to me. Gave me the same respect and courtesy as the luxury cars even though my car desperately needed a wash.

They are a terrible valet company when it comes to customer service. A backpack went missing from my car 5 weeks ago and they do not return phone calls or emails. I would not recommend hiring them.
Always friendly and super fast! I always frequent del friscos, mostly because of the restraunt but also in part because I trust the valet. I've never waited more than a minute for my car! I hesitate when if I go somewhere to valet and it's not advantage valet because I've had bad experiences with other valets in the area. I also LOVE that they are at Winsper! Makes my time there so much easier

Hidden Ipod stolen from my vehicle. Stayed at the hampton inn downtown off main on sat 10/13/18, and my blue ipod touch was stolen from my car. It was hidden in the center console so the valet member had to be rummaging through my car to access it. I tried to contact them via their protocol (email) but no one ever responded. I also called several times at different times of the day, but no one could be bothered to call me back. When I finally did get to speak to someone--Gabby--she simply said they weren't liable and did not make any attempt to hold the employees accountable or open an investigation even though I knew the exact hours I stayed at the hotel. She saif I should have received a text message upon arrival in which I would agree to their terms/policies (thereby releasing them of liability), but I never receieved that message. She said by using their services I agreed to the terms. The staff is not helpful, the one person answering the phone was rude, Jasmine, and they obviously don't care about their customers or theft of property. I would urge anyone using their services including hotels/businesses to seek other companies. As for individuals, you're better off parking miles away and taking the chance that a random person would damage or steal property versus trusting your vehicle with Advantage Parking.
Updated...seeing several other reviews from the same location...Downtown Dallas. Beware!! Stayed at a hotel that used this company as their valet. My personal items that were left in my center console were stolen from my car. There was no damage to my car so either their employees stole from me or they left my car unlocked for someone else to steal from me. The employees took absolutely no responsibility for the incident. Even the person who called me about my claim, made excuses. Either way, they left my car unlocked or their employees stole from me...just wanted an apology! They said they would replacement my items...let's see.
Advantage Valet is the only valet company that I trust my car to. Every time I go out to eat they give me great customer service, they even brought my car out to me when they saw me leaving the restaurant (without requesting my car through the phone). I highly recommend this company

All I can say is WOW! Went to the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas and had the most outstanding Valet service experience at the Lexus Red Parking Garage. The attendants were quick and really took customer service to a new level. I will be sure to tell all my friends!

Terrible ongoing situation!!! We stayed at the Homewood Suites Dallas Downtown and Advantage Valet is who they use for parking. We called ahead to make sure they could park our brand new truck (one we just bought because ours was totaled in Hurricane Harvey)
We were told that would be no problem for them. Wrong! They hit the driver side fender on a wall and did considerable damage. However the worst part is how they seemed to be concerned and promises of getting it fixed until I got the estimate of the cost of repairs and now not one person with the company will return a phone call or email. SIX WEEKS I have been trying to get this company to do the right thing!
In the Arts Districts the valets are friendly and most efficient, always a great experience.
THEY STOLE MONEY OUT OF OUR CAR!!! We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites Dallas Downtown. We used the valet when we checked in and when we had them bring our car to us a couple of hours later, money was stolen out of the console of our car. There was no evidence of a break-in and the only way they could have gotten to it was if the rummaged through our car for something to take as our console has multiple compartments or they failed to lock it when they parked it; either way the were responsible but failed to take responsibility. Unfortunately, alrhough the stay at the hotel was great, we will NEVER stay there again because of the valet service.

Worst valet in town. Horrible liars! Damaged 3 of my wheels cost of approximately $1500 and denied I was even there! Yet I show the text verification on my cell phone records. They denied my claim via email even before I filed a claim.
They claim they never drove my car at Water Grill but I was there twice on 6/16 and 6/26.
Yet I have witness both nights in the car with me and guests upon departure. Vantage claims they never drove my car or caused damaged but guest and I both witness to the damage verified by my car dealership.
Their employee Caleb was highly unprofessional and combative! Warning DONT USE VANTAGE!!!!!!
Advantage valet is by far the best valet service. They always provide amazing customer service and are so helpful. I love the One Arts Plaza staff, I'm there every weekend, I tip them nothing less than $5, they are amazing. Advantage valet is the best company to leave your car with in Dallas!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! They lost our keys and NOT ONE PERSON apologized - not the 7 employees working that night, not the managers, not even the Operations manager!! They were extremely hesitant in trying to resolve the situation and barely even responded to us.
If you see that a place you're going to uses this service, you're better off looking for parking elsewhere. They do not care about their customers at all. AWFUL customer service, HORRIBLE management and disorganized employees. Dealing with them was a waste of time, could have been avoided and was a complete inconvenience to our family.
They drove my truck in a parking garage and side swiped a concrete pole, decided to park it outside because of it, neglected to say anything about it the night of and when I identified it after the attendant pulled up the lead had the nerve to tell me it s not the first time it s happened with this individual . I will be avoiding this company in my many trips to Dallas in the future.

This past weekend, we were in Dallas staying at the Butlers Brothers Building on 500 S. Ervay Street. Sunday at checkout, the valet could not find our keys to our car. This was a four hour mess of our Sunday that is still not resolved today. The valet boys were telling us there was nothing they could do. I asked several times to speak to a manager but they never got me in contact with a manager. I also wanted them to call the valet boy Chad that parked our car. Maybe he had the keys in his pockets or might remember where he put them. We were having to tell the valet boys what they should be doing to correct this problem. They were not concerned with us being able to leave. Valet Ralph even said his concern was the other people coming in with cars. We told them they needed to get a locksmith there to make us keys. After an hour of waiting, we were told a locksmith was on his way. While waiting we saw that we were not the only ones with missing keys but luckily for the other people they found their keys. Three and half hours sitting, a locksmith shows up. According to the locksmith, he had been there two hours ago but the valet turned him away. Locksmith said the valet told him they found the keys and his service was not needed. Which was not true. I asked the valet again to contact Chad. They said they couldn't get a hold of him. The boys are on their phones constantly so I know they could get in contact with Chad. I would like to know Chad's response to where I keys are. He made a point to tell us He remembers everything when it comes to parking cars. This mess could have been over within an hour if a responsible adult had been there to properly handle the situation. We wasted four hours of our day, missing lunch and plans for the day. The valet boys should have contacted the valet that parked our car and call the locksmith right away or not turn him away. Now a day of our vacation was wasted, I have a key that does not go with my car and I have to take my car to the dealership and pay to have the security system programmed. My security alert is constantly warning us my car has been tampered with. I would like for your company to pay for my car's security system to be reprogrammed. It is very annoying to drive with a constant alert and I can't read my odometer screen because it's alerting me of the security breach. I would like my actual key, key fob and key chains back but since no one cared to look for them, I know I won't get those back.

They have recently taken over the Valet at our complex. The busy hours for the have doubled from our previous service. during the AM, when everyone is leaving for work, they have 2 men working while only one of which is actually running the cars and the other is inside grabbing a coffee ( again during busy hours). the runner, who is working hard is drenched in sweat, and i applaud him for working hard, but its gross when i sit in my truck on my way to work and there is a puddle of sweat on my counsel, door, and my steering wheel is slippery. Now my truck a gym bag, used locker room musk to it. i don't mean to down hard working people, but it has began to affect my , and many other residents routines. hopefully it gets better and they correct their staffing and process.

My girlfriend and I met some friends out at the Woolworth downtown. Valeted my brand new 4 series BMW with advantage valet. The next morning I noticed a huge dent on the driver side door. Called and reported the damage that day and took over two weeks for a response. The claims deptartment stated they would be denying my claim. I ve already contacted my attorney and will be taking them to court. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TO VALET YOUR VEHICLE.
Worse valet service. Completely unreliable, and incompetent. They damaged my car and never had the decency to respond for the damage. They didn't even answered the phone. This service is an absolute scam and it is being used at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse in Dallas. The owner is a coward, unethical and simply a con-artist. They are going down.
I used this service for convenience as I was going to eat at Hattie's in Bishop Arts. I was a dollar short from the $5 valet charge but the guy was friendly and said no worries I could pay him back. And pay him back I did. They left my car double parked on the side of the restaurant as they got other people their cars. My car sat double parked for 15 mins, not a lot of cars coming to park either, they just couldn't be bothered with if. So in that time a person wanted to leave their spot but unfortunately my car was blocking their exit. So this person decided to back into my car claiming they thought " someone was in it". My car ended up with damage and the valet company claimed they were not responsible. In my opinion both the driver who backed up into my car and the valet were responsible. They were not busy so they could have parked my car ( I figure the older make and model, non attractiveness of my car and being short a dollar played a role). The valet guy gave me the run around and put the blame on the driver of the other car when clearly he could've parked the car with no issue. Moral of the story is have a new fancy car for the valet service of advantage valet or they will purposefully leave your car to get damaged because they could careless. There will always be someone else to blame in their opinion. Worst valet service ever!!!
The hood of the car was keyed and had a huge deep etch in the paint. Will require full paint on the hood of the car.
My first and only experience was HORRIBLE! Yeah they're polite but misplaced an item that "supposedly" they left in my car but I double checked and THERE WAS NOTHING! An item worth $75 was either stolen or lost on their end! and this happened July of 2013. Very unhappy!!!
My car was damaged on January 3, 2018. Although they admitted fault, six weeks later and a lot of hoops, I still can't get them to pay for the repairs they actually authorized with the body shop. BEWARE!
