Thank you (to sales manager) Chris Bolen.
After purchasing a (new to me) used 25' Center console boat, I needed a matching trailer. Chris did a needs analysis interview with me and came up with a (new) specific trailer suggestion. I should mention that I had been shopping for a used trailer, a month, prior to us meeting. While I was waiting on the trailer to be built , I was using A borrowed trailer which was not set up for my specific boat. I transferred the boat from one trailer to the other and I discovered just how important it is to have a boat and trailer set up that matches. I did spend a little more for a brand new trailer than I had planned to spend, but I am very happy I did. I now will have confidence that my fishing trips to the Keys will be trailer trouble free.
