I would like to submit a review and response to Andrew s review on behalf of Advantage Contractors. I am a homeowner and happen to be on the Board in the same community that Andrew Mendez lives. This is the second year that we have hired Advantage Contractors to paint our townhomes. To date we have had 74 homes painted and Andrew has been the only homeowner who has voiced any dissatisfaction with their work. I have been working with Advantage Contractors throughout all of the painting projects within our community and not only have I found their work to be outstanding, but also know they have always stood by their crew and work product. If there is any legitimate damage caused by the crew, Advantage will do whatever is necessary to make that homeowner happy. I have first-hand knowledge that in this situation, which was repairing a fascia board at the roofline of a 3-story townhome, it would normally require two individuals, but when the carpenters realized they could use the retaining wall of the playground to secure the ladder, it was no longer necessary to have another carpenter holding the ladder. Once Andrew brought this to Advantage s attention, Andrew was immediately credited for the cost of the second carpenter. Having full knowledge of the quality of their work and business practices, I would highly recommend Advantage Contractors. Advantage is who we will call when our third phase is ready to be painted.
I DO NOT recommend this company, they will quote you for 2 people and say that it is required per L&I. One person on the ladder and another as a safety. Then only send out 1 person to do the work.
