I have been a long time customer with the store. I had a recent incident where I felt discriminated against, and I called the store manager to express my experience. We had a constructive conversation, and she apologized profusely. I appreciate the way the manager handled the situation and made me feel better. Thank you Tamara!

I went to Nordstrom to get some makeup for myself and shoes for my mother in law. Had great experience with the ladies at Chanel and Nars counter. However I am disappointed with your customer service at Women Shoes Selection. We was asked to try on a pair of Ugg sandal and the guy keep rushing us and looking at his watch. When we pay for our purchase, he looked like he want us to leave as soon as possible. Sorry we may not have dress up for your high end store but in the end we your customers and spend $$$ in your store so please treat everyone equally. Thank you!
What can you say... its Nordstrom. All the staff i encountered was courteous and pleasant and its mall parking so no parking issues.
Omg omg! Customer service King Chase S. In women's shoes is so awesome. He was my Santa Claus. Extremely helpful. Great attitude and positive glowing energy. I will be back just because of him.
We had gone to BuyBuy baby to have a consolation w/ an appointment set days before and everything. When we arrived they had no idea what we were talking about and were no help.
We decided to try Nordstrom and met Cindy M. She was awesome! Helped us with all of our questions and even offered to reach out in the future with updates.

Would like to thank nordstroms for ruining my son Christmas. All he wanted was those nice comfortable men's ugg so I ordered him a pair from nordstroms and had them gift wrap it. Here it is Christmas day as we gather around as everyone open there gifts and its my son turn and what did we get inside the gift-wrapped box women ugg slippers a size 5 thanks nordstroms
