My experience at working with the folks at AT was very good. They have gone through ownership changes and have made some good strides towards overall leadership, ecosystems & employees. It is hard to get everyone motivated in the same direction. Hard changes were made to correct some significant issues. The people that I worked with were all very nice and hard working.

On many, many occasions they have shown to do the right thing, even when something gets lost in shipping (not AT's fault). I'm sorry a few folks have had issues but I can say from first hand knowledge that they are there to always put the patient first. The clever SmartPAC delivery of wound care products directly to patients homes is 2nd to none! Tons of blessings and great memories of my AT family. My reason for leaving was a much larger opportunity and no travel outside of Arkansas.

Company closed the doors without any warning to employees and then made excuses has to what happened. Now they are refusing to pay for pto that was earned by employees, no severance package or any assistance to loyal employees, but you better believe upper management lined their pockets with plenty of advanced notice of closure. There is a special place in hell for people like this , good luck hope karma smacks them in the mouth soon.

Awful company to work for. I was laid off last June 2020 due to them eliminating my position. But a couple months later the job was back on indeed. However as of today they are closed for good finally!!

This was by far the absolute worst company to do buisness with. I have already told my situation to the wound care clinic and they will no longer be referring their patients there.
So my wife ordered compression stockings from this company about a month ago costing a little over $200. They were lost via fed ex an investigation was done and eventually this company sent a comp order to replace the product. Mind you this was over a span of 2-3+ weeks. And we weren t even aware that they were sending a comp order because of the extreme lack of communication on their end. Anyway...Of course because this was something that was needed right away we went ahead and purchased similar stockings elsewhere and when we did receive the comp order my wife called promptly to return and get our money back. First we were told that there was no need to return the order because it had been over 30 days blah blah and she would process the return. After another two weeks of no return, my wife calls back and checks on the status and at that time we are told to return the stockings (again poor communication on their part...why not give us a call and tell us that!?) So because there is no return label in the box they have to provide us with one. So long story short thats when we began to receive the run around and the back and forth about a manager has to approve the label they will call back (that never happened) and we were bounced around to different people and told several times a supervisor would be reaching out and that never happened. Now its to the point where our calls aren t even being answered anymore. We get transferred to the young lady who we delt with in the beginning and she ALWAYS. Lets our calls reach voicemail and never returns them at this point. So of course we were forced to reach out to the BBB about the situation in hope of getting our money returned and this label so that they can have their products back. Well here is where things get interesting. Do you know the company responded to the BBB claim and BOLD FACE LIED!!!!! And said that they processed a refund weeks ago and they have yet to receive their product back. I was absolutely stunned that they would outright lie! We have yet to receive any refund (documents to prove) we also have the dates times and extensions of everyone we spoke through as well as the numerous times a supervisor was supposed to contact us back regarding this situation and lastly not once was a return label ever given to us because we said on several occasions we don t want this product, we would like to return it and get our money back. This isn t over and we won t stop until we get our money back but I want to let whomever I can know that this place isn t worth the headache. I can give you several places that can provide you with more affordable supplies with same/better quality and without the unprofessionalism this place has!

The owner of this company is extremely difficult to work for. Not all terms of employment were made clear and one could say even a bit 'shady'. After being told my concerns would be addressed, NO reply was ever received even after several attempts to find a solution to my concerns. I was totally ignored and this is very unprofessional for an owner of a company. Be very aware before accepting employment with this company. Get all the details before committing.

Terrible company to do business with in the health...

Terrible company to do business with in the healthcare industry. I can t keep my sales rep because the company continues to change their territory or make work situations unbearable to the point of quitting. Constant lies, coverups and legal issues. I feel sorry for those that depend on a paycheck from here.
