As a customer, who has ordered a LOT of books from America's Test Kitchen (who uses Aero as their fulfillment house) - I can tell you that Aero is incompetent as far as getting actual product orders out the door and shipped correctly. Every. Single. Order. I've placed has had something screwed up with it from their end. Every. Single. One.
They have cost America's Test Kitchen a customer as I will NOT place another order with them directly because ATK uses Aerofulfillment. They are absolutely pathetic at fulfilling orders for their clients.

good place I slept there and they woke me up and gave me dock at 7.00. My delivery appointment was at 10 .00 so I was done at 8.00

I work at Areo. The owner John is a wonderful man that gives people a 2nd chance. The management is good people as well. I thank GOD everyday for allowing me to find this job. Thank you John, Mike, Cynthia for my second chance!!!!!!!
