Advanced pharmacy is the worst company ever. Terra and sam Lee the owner are two good for nothing people. they will lie and make up. Stories , Lies to transfer services just cause the don't like how you live were you live. They said my apartment gave to of his Respritory therapist scabies Anna and Mark. And one of there oxegen man named alex . supposedly got bitten by a spider out side. Im ashamed of how they have addressed the issue . i was never aware. They emailed Children's hospital. And lied. I took my son right away to the clinic to get checked. No sign of a skin infection. Sam said he cant go against his staff and that they are not liers. Well they wont get away with these lies against me. Some one message me. There review is zero!!! But there is a god!! Lokking down. At you sam and terra.

My brother is a Patient there and quality service there is zero stars . Hope they shut this place down. I hope he gets better service seems to me the people who work there care for them selfs not anyone else. I dont even want to give them a star let alone 5 so I will give one to show how low down dirty they are !!!!!!!!

my baby brother gets his life support machines and oxygen . from this due company. they like to make up false accusations against people they don't like in order not to service them. when you bring something to the owners attention his name is sam lee. he denies all negative things that are brought to his attention .about his staff.he will not give you an opportunity to talk. he states he cannot go against his staff.he said that my brother has scabies and that it was. passed to his staff. my mother took my brother to go get checked. doctor stated my brother. didn't have no sign of infection. but its still not enough. they want to drop. his services based on lies. this company.is discrimenating. on so many people and its not ok. terra is the one that started this.watch out people. be aware of these corrupt personal.

Awesome specialty pharmacy. My doctor referred me to them and they took care of everything. Pharmacy did the prior authorization for me and even helped me sign up for copay assistance. Can t thank them enough and definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with prior authorizations or copay assistance.

The WORST COSTUMER SERVICE ever ... El Mas MAL SERVICO to the client. Frank the guy who helps with my monthly supplies always forget to ship a lot of stuff i need to be calling monthly to tell him what he forgot to send me. And still do not sending my supplies. It looks like he does not care about the customers he does not pay attention for what you need, he is very unprofessional, PEOPLE please STAY AWAY from this company you will thank me later.

Frank who sends my things that I need every month always forgets to send many things I need to be calling monthly so he sends them and even if he only sends what he wants he never takes seriously what the clients think he only plays with the clients is very anti professional, if I get sick because of them because they forgot to send something that they already have to see sent I will demand that is safe, we are only waiting for the approval of the doctor to change company please stay away from this company will go to regret if this COMPANY sends you its things monthly.

They are terrible at keeping up with the schedule and request of any meds for patients. This is my 2nd yr with them and they have screwed it up for my son when he was and infant and now as a toddler. They contact you saying they are processing the injection and are scheduling a nurse to come out and provide the injection at home services. And days passed by where no one contacts you nor come for services. Until I called to find out what was going on they said it was too late to do the in home services the meds would have to be provided to the peds so they have inject. They failed to send the meds to the peds for days. Find yourself a differ pharmacy Med needs.

Thought I d take a moment to shout out this company for their exceptional service and committed communication. Our family has had some medical ups and downs. Advanced Pharmacy has helped my wife and child with medical equipment, supplies and knowledge. We re grateful for all the help they have given and continue to give us. We also appreciate how they go above and beyond to help us out when we need them (hospital or at home visits). We couldn t have asked to be paired with a better DME company. Thank you for all of the support you ve given and shown to our family. We know it s your job, but you make us feel like we matter. Thank you again!
