Place is ok but at day programs they expect you to get clients to go volunteer and get jobs and 90% of them are older and set in there ways!!
The clients just need a place to hang out, socialize, go out enjoy life and go home.

The some staff at the programs care and some just their to do there jobs and go home. The company is under staffed, underpaid and has more work piled on DSP's.

Overall it's a decent company. All companies/businesses has their flaws.

This company treats their staff poorly and does not take care of the residents as they should. The participants health go unrecognized and unattended. Most staff that work in the group homes sleep and do not take their residents out much. Staff are under paid and management come and go as they please. Medical issues are brushed under the rug. Overall this company needs a complete make over.

I came here for a volunteer activity through my company so this review is about day activities and that single event more vs the rooms and bedding in case you are looking for reviews on stay accommodations.
The location is clean, and there are plenty of rooms on the main floor for different events to happen. The staff is extremely nice and courteous to the guests, knowing their specific needs and being able to help them adapt to concerns. It truly amazed me that every single person was known and exactly what needs they each had. I always worry that the staff may not care or concern themselves with how to help special needs folks, but they truly make it their mission. at this location. They have events every year just for them (annual gala), help with job placement, and so many fundraising activities. I am sure I may not have seen everything, but from what I did- I know if I ever had a need, this is where I would go.
