Over-priced supplements with cheap sources. Not worth the price. AOR doesn't actually do any of the research, they just take advantage of the research done in universities. A lot of contraindications and confusing recommendations on certain supplements. You're better off getting your vitamins from whole foods or elsewhere. A lot of the positive reviews you see here are from people who work for the company and not actual customers.
