Steve Kramberg is most unprofessional. He could care less about your problem he is being paid for. Does not respond to emails. Be careful of the people he recommends. Worse than him

I m only giving one star because that is the minimum here. This company does not respond to any of the residents requests. Emails are being ignored, no one picks up the phone, calls are not returned. No one cares... stay away if you can.
Never pick up phone...not trust them at all..specially board of director
This is the worst renting experience. They tell you apartment is ready, take your money and then say (with less than 24 hour notice) you can't move-in because they don't have proper permits. If there is an open room they treat it like a hotel having different people come in and out without notice. Faulty everything upon move-in and we couldn't have gas for another 57 days after move-in, this is not including the entire month we were displaced before finally moving-in...management does NOT know what they are doing and the apartment is over priced. STAY far away!!!!!!!

Beware of Travis one of their management agents who is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

absolutely unacceptable!!! rude, don't pick up calls, don't have records of anyone who does call. as someoneelse said, i own the place and so they are supposed to be working for me, not the other way around.
Traveis Perkins manages my building. He has never provided any services and is misleading.
They manage my co-op as well and as long as they have, their service stinks. And what's worse, they were convicted of essentially 'double-dipping' when suing a tenant in a different property. Had to refund every tenant/co-op/condo owner as a result of their losing this class action suit.
I'm starting to wonder who's getting paid off on my Board of Directors to retain this firm after the conviction and years of mis-management.
They aren't my management company, I just had to pop in to help out a client with something. They were friendly, congenial, and helped me get done what I needed to get done.

They will try to bring you to tears with frustratingly awful service! I just got a late fee equal to 100% of the amount late because after the lease renewal, I forgot to increase the autopay to the new amount.

This isn't the first time I had to reach the office, but this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Aaarghh!!
This company "manages" my co-op. Their communication is poor (slow to respond, low on information) and the maintenance of my building is laughable -- we lurch from crisis to crisis, rather than trying to get out in front of basic issues the building would normally face over the years (the water heater, the facade, the windows, the roof, drainage). Then, when things do go wrong, you can count on them to hire someone who does almost as much damage as repair.
