They have messed up every project they have worked on with the company I work for.. They have a few good people but I will not recommend them as a whole to anyone.
Watch out, they have silver tongues and can make it sound like they know what they are doing.
Grossly misled on Cisco Firepower. We spent a huge amount of money, based on recommendations from CTI. Horrible product. In retrospect we should've researched it more. But, everyone figures you can't go wrong with Cisco. This is absolutely not the case and CTI should know better before pushing their clients into a duct taped product. Shame on you for following your Cisco rep and commissions without properly vetting a product. All faith in your recommendations has been shattered.
Notice the sudden influx of 5 star reviews? I'd bet their now strong arming clients into providing positive reviews.
Great company to work with. Very collaborative in their approach and took the time to properly identify individual needs to come up with a personalized strategy that was most effective.
CTI blindly followed Cisco recommendations and sold us 20k in garbage gear. Cisco Firepower is horrible. They're shilling whatever the vendor is pushing not what is best for your business.
We paid 225$ an hour for a "senior" engineer who had clearly never used the system. Beware.
