They will try to bring you to tears with frustratingly awful service! I just got a late fee equal to 100% of the amount late because after the lease renewal, I forgot to increase the autopay to the new amount.

I called at 8a, got sent to the "after hours" line (who cannot take a message or actually do anything...)
I called at 10a, got sent to the "after hours" line
I called at noon. The person I had to speak to was at lunch
I called in the afternoon, got sent to the "after hours" line.

This isn't the first time I had to reach the office, but this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Aaarghh!!
