Love this company and their employees. They installed our air handler and heat pump in 2014 and its been reliable and efficient. We recently had it maintenanced and they were wonderful to work with and even replaced a capacitor that wasn't up to manufacturers standards and it was under warranty still. I will never use another company for my HVAC needs.
Jake came out promptly, tracked down the problem, fixed it and was done quickly. Our system is up and running again and the cost was minimal. I've called Advance Air Systems on several occasions and they have always been able to service us promptly where as other companies we've called have sometimes weeks waiting before there is an open appointment. Advanced Air Systems has gone above and beyond every time!

They are professional from first encounter with reception (thanks Yuri) to bidding process, (Hibara-san rocks!) scheduling and permitting (perfectly polite Cathy is the glue that keeps it all together) and finally top Pro execution, Brandon and electrician Bob!!
And that s the point... the respect and courtesy they share as a team towards each other Absolutely carriers over in their work and customer relationships.
None better in the county (even whole darn State).
They work hard, efficient, and fast with high caliber of knowledge and do it with a caring heart for the customer... FULL MARKS for first and second job WELL DONE!!

Installed new Furnace upgrade and Cathy even found three PUD credits to save me $$$, and gave an upgrade to Nest thermostat not originally bid (what a gal!!)
Second job just completed:
Installed two new appliance gas lines to add living room fireplace (longtime dream) and gas range upgrade from electric!
Electrician Bob showed up to re wire and was helpful in pointing out my options, and completely supportive of Site boss Brandon in expediting the job...

The team at Advanced are absolutely top notch and I can t recommend them enough. Five stars, all around. Not only are they professional, but Brandon, Bob and Ty brought a lot of positivity to the project, were ready to share knowledge, and offered excellent communication so we felt in the loop the whole time. When a bug was discovered in our system, the team came back and resolved it quickly and with great success. The best part was seeing what I assumed are apprentices at work, because it s clear they are in good hands. On the maintenance plan, the HVAC system works when it s supposed to when the seasons change, which is wonderful! They send a reminder card letting you know when you re due for another maintenance, repeatedly since you ve already paid for it in advance. When I call in over the past 3 years that I ve been a customer, someone always professionally answers the phone and I get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. I like that when the technician comes I always get the same person and not a new person. I feel more comfortable wandering off to do other things because it s someone I recognize. Richard is prompt, professional, and will provide answers in an easy to understand way. Also the plan pricing is good, there maybe other places that offer plans that are cheaper but the reviews are spotty and you might get what you pay for. I m willing to pay more to make sure my HVAC works when it s supposed to. Overall I m very pleased with this business... I wish they did chimneys too.
Greta is so clear and brilliant in her directive Act as if You Loved Your Children Above All Else" but the Internet is so f***ed up that while I watched the video of Greta on the Common Dreams website, there was a Google ad banner for gas furnaces from this company. Not sure who looks worse, Google or this business, trying to sell gas while our world is on fire.
