Hi I have a Toyota Innova which is of 2008 vintage and I have been facing issues with clutch .I approached Nandi Toyota Bommanahalli and I was directed to Niranjesh and vinod both are highly professional and guided me regarding the estimate and time slot available .the clutch work was handeled by professional mechanics and was done to my satisfaction .I am happy with there response and would recommend Nandi Toyota to all the Toyota owners .God bless

These people fleece you. They charge more than Rs 20,000 for every regular service based on some reason or the other. The customer feedback they take is completely unethical. They force you to give 9 or 10 rating and if you have a issue, they never record your feedback..

Service is good. After service Toyota name plate is filled with dust and not cleaned properly. Then I asked what is the reason. I was told it will be cleaned when body paint is done. The I tried to clean with my hand and it went off. Agin some body has come and taken the vehicle inside and get it done nicely and it is so beautiful to look. I suggest to take utmost care when it is given for servicing.

I go to Nandi Toyota for service regularly. Car had an electrical problem this time, for which I dint have the time to drop the car to service centre. When I called up Nandi Toyota, Jeswin was very helpful by arranging a car pick up and drop on the same day. I received a call from service center once the car reached premises. I also received constant updates of the car and spare parts etc. Kudos to the team and everyone for the good quality of work.

No praise is too high for Mr Johnson who greeted me with a smiling face when I walked into the service facility. Realizing that I was from out of town, he jumped out of his seat and took ownership of my problem. 20 minutes later he came back having fixed the problem. The best service from start to finish.
