On the maintenance plan, the HVAC system works when it s supposed to when the seasons change, which is wonderful! They send a reminder card letting you know when you re due for another maintenance, repeatedly since you ve already paid for it in advance. When I call in over the past 3 years that I ve been a customer, someone always professionally answers the phone and I get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. I like that when the technician comes I always get the same person and not a new person. I feel more comfortable wandering off to do other things because it s someone I recognize. Richard is prompt, professional, and will provide answers in an easy to understand way. Also the plan pricing is good, there maybe other places that offer plans that are cheaper but the reviews are spotty and you might get what you pay for. I m willing to pay more to make sure my HVAC works when it s supposed to. Overall I m very pleased with this business... I wish they did chimneys too.
