Commercial subcontractors BEWARE!!!
This GC does not and cannot pay there bills. They cannot keep a steady team of subcontractors so they continually beat the streets looking for someone to do work for them. After continual pestering to bid their work we proceeded and were awarded a project. We completed and obtained final inspection for the project 6 months ago and counting.
ADI is still dragging there feet getting the complete bill paid in full as we have only received Application#1 of 3 total applications. But...ADI has completely pissed off the client to the point that attorneys have gotten involved we will have to continue waiting for payment.
