Fees are terrible and it's impossible to find them out when purchasing! Purchased a few cars from ADESA Montreal but each time the fees were extremely high were talking $400-$600/vehicle and when buying online your forced into them!

On top of that I just bought a 2018 Audi S5, $60k vehicle and they charged me fees of almost $900! Now that is ridiculous! And I've been trying to get ahold of the GM or director to speak with this about for over 5 days now and still no answer. Ridiculous. Will definitely not be purchasing vehicles from here no longer and will also be recommending everyone else not to either. For such a big brand this is certainly disappointing!

If you need a good platform try XMTrade, TradeRev, Manheim of course, Wholesale Express is good too

Poor Management... recently bought a vehicle and had a after sale inspection done for $100 and it Passed!!!! arrived to Toronto with a broken Spindle full of rust(old damage), suspension Damage do to impact front the passenger side. Spoke to Nicholas in arbitration and they blamed the transport company because of the after sale inspection that i paid for showed it was all a pass; they said it left the Auction in great shape. They also tried to tell me i was out of arbitration window.
Con-artist !!! Difficult to trust them when your buying online. People push their damaged / unsafe vehicle through Adesa Montreal and get away with it! TORONTO BUYERS BE AWARE !!

Unable to bid cars when the auction is up, it is amazingly slow and unable to load any pages. Before the auction, I have no problem. I think it's time for you guys to upgrade you digital system.

This auctions by far the biggest scam. The whole arbitration team is fraud. Franco, Ximena, Jennifer and the rest of them.

Bad and stressful experience, bought a car recently, the car had many issues, no test drive is allowed so you don't know what you are buying. The car also had many body damages which you can't check , since the cars are moving very fast in lanes during auction. Avoid this place. You can easily find better certified cars at dealerships where you can test drive.

DEALERS PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM AUCTION. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS WHO SPENDS MILLIONS OF DOLLARS... FAKE INSPECTIONS... ARBITRATION POLICYS ARE MADE TO SELL SCRAP CARS...

Adesa auto auction goes out of there way for the holidays . Great job guys.

Recently bought a 30,000 car declared with 70km brought it to my location and it was so rough, so I decided to send it to a dealer...after inspection we got notice that it s been rolled back.adesa Toronto and Montreal are the worst auctions to buy from. They only serve respect to dealers who do a lot of business with them. Go to Manheim.

Not very people oriented, business first. The customer is not right over there, they are. Will not get out of their comfort zone to help a customer. They see no urgency in resolving issues with customer requests, good words yes but no action. But most important the customer is wrong. Some weak inter personnal skills in key positions. The good thing is they are not alone anymore.

I am beyond disgusted with ADESA Montreal's arbitration policy. They kept my car in arbitration for 60 days, it had repairs that costed over $1500 and they still did not cancel the sale. I was contacted by the manager named Mr Dino Fuoco, whom did not help what so ever and I was forced to take the car. They did not honour the arbitration policy even though I had the right to cancel the sale. I highly recommend that you second think before bidding on a car from ADESA Montreal. I do not want others to go through the same experience as mine so be cautious.

I was been told by the customer service that i can do pick up car on Sunday, I drove all the way from Toronto to pick up the car , when i arrived they told me there is no pick up on Sunday , i had to stay overnight pay for hotel and spend more money , so do not trust them when they say you can do pick up on Sundays.

Crooks! Auction is worst than the sellers... This place should be shut down, customer service is a big 0! These guys don't declare jack about their cars, and their arbitration dept is a big scam, they refuse to arbitrate stuff they are legally supposed to arbitrate, and will give you a run around, and when you threaten to sue they ban you, because they are the biggest auction house in montreal...A real joke of an auction, and they have crooks running it! Especially their arbitration dept which is supposed to protect buyers, avoid the frustration and headache and deal with Manheim instead smaller auction but 1000 times better customer experience!

Very bad Service feels like in the army,Too many fees and hidden fees.

I can understand the situation of Covid but its rendered a joke no service its takes hours to pick up the vehicle no person available not the same service as Mainheim no sense bravo Adesa MTL !!

Your website is the absolute worst. As soon as you have traffic in the morning it becomes painfully slow and i'm unable to make my bids, this is frustrating!!
