Not very people oriented, business first. The customer is not right over there, they are. Will not get out of their comfort zone to help a customer. They see no urgency in resolving issues with customer requests, good words yes but no action. But most important the customer is wrong. Some weak inter personnal skills in key positions. The good thing is they are not alone anymore.
