Having always been a salaried service company more or less large, I know well middle and including ADELIUS.
I was employed by ADELIUS as a consultant from 2011 to 2014. My sales representative was always available and I was always paid on time (1st of the month). No problem either to get paid overtime and penalty.
I was fine but I wanted to see elsewhere if the grass was greener.
My constant is that no. That's why I returned to Adelius in 2016 in structure this time. I became thanks to her technical and expert before-sale in several areas.
My criteria of well-being in a society are proximity to managers, listening, transparency and the perspective of evolution that I found in Adelius society.

the consultants are gently forced to accept inadequate assignments, even if the consultants have validated several interviews with different clients (simple choice: the highest TJM).

I have not encountered any problems, managers, HRD and salespeople are attentive and accessible
I had left Adelius for an end customer, after two months I called Adelius back to come home
There is a friendly atmosphere in this company on a human scale
