Awful experience, ignored all specialists that I attended and long process suddenly rushed through after their appointed doctor recommendations, during that appointment we moved rooms three times at the doctors request (aircon related), he took a private phone call and I had to sit and watch him search the room then leave to find items to test on me, feel abandoned this is just a business, pity they cant even work out losses! Would give a minus if i could, you have forgotten there are actually injured people not commodities behind the emails and calls.
Reading everyone else's comments doesn't give me too much confidence that's for sure. My accident happened on 27 May 2020 and I submitted the online crash report on 5 August 2020. I got a fratured neck, tendon damage to my wrist and shoulder, back pains, can't drive without having panic attacks, can't sleep, can't run my business ect. ect. Despite the other 2 drivers being charged with reckless driving they still have not admitted liability and I have medical centres chasing me for payment of invoices that Ihave not been paid. I cant afford to continue treatment until I regretfully sell a property that was halfway through a renovation at the time of the accident. I have been involved in two other car accidents years ago, both of which I was not at fault for, one of which the other driver actually went to jail for. I never made a claim for these accidents because I was lucky enough to only get a broken nose and minor wiplash so I was able to take some sick leave and get back to work. Now I have an accident that has destroyed me financially, mentally physically ect. and I cant even get a decision on liability. Unfortunately there are obviously alot of people that take advantage of the system, which makes it harder on the legitimate claims. I went from having a business that turned over 15 million per year, to selling everything so we can payout creditors and close the business down. There is no way the compensation will cover what has actually been lost, all I want is enough to get back on my feet, the longer it takes, the harder it gets!

If I could, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. For a group thats supposed to look out of ppl especially people who are not at fault at all (e.g. being hit by a drunk driver)- they stuff you over even more. The accident was hell. These guys made that worse. Not even sure how. But they did. 'Pay your rego' they said- we'll look after you... they will only as much as they want and use highly questionable doctors with 0 ccredibility, disgusting methods in general and drag you through the mud because the accident wasnt enough ofcourse. My advice to all- watch you back with These guys (literally too), document everything and you can record appts etc if they say no, walk out.
I had a very bad experience. First was friendly and I thought helpful, but she put me back aweek by telling me to email the recipient info for my reimbursement. 2nd only gave remittance for one chiro visit instead of 2. Wasting my time and energy with bad attitudes and behaviours. Also I suggest if you want a number call it by the same name as you submit it to ppl as. If crash report number. Nothing can recoup the evil experience I suffered under your so called assistance!
Terrible process and custodians of our money. Waiting 7 weeks for a decision even though other driver admitted fault. Private insurance was very helpful and motorbike was reimbursed before three weeks. Meanwhile I was in deep distress with spinal fractures and needing immediate medical assistance. First conversation was we only have so much money so we have to look after it, better response would have been how are you, how can we help, is there anything you need assistance with. Even as I am the victim collided into while going about my life I am treated like the perpetrator. Guilty until proven innocent. I admit I love the medical safety net we have it is just the dragons hoarding the money that is the problem.
Can we have minus ratings please. Then an accurate rating could be awarded! When you need help, theirs is distinctly lacking. When you seek direction, they provide misdirection. If you need communication, they fail, ignore or generally procrastinate in providing any answers. If you want to be treated like a decent human being, they will dehumanise. You are treated so abysmally by people who have no interest of helping claimants. They make life as difficult as possible in the hope that you will withdraw any claims.
And thanks for the computer generated reply for my motor insurance claim ... BTW it wasn t for a motor claim.
