Fantastic meeting venue. Food provided for our conference was good if not a bit same-y . Amenities were immaculate - very clean. Meeting hall set up, seating, lighting and AV tech were all world class.

Great location in heart of the city. Accessible by public transport (bus or tram or short walk to Adelaide Railway Station). Taxi ranks and carparks nearby. Convention centre has been recently upgraded, expanded and modernised. Ample facilties for meetings, conferences and large expos. Can stay overnight at several hotels on/or near North Terrace. Dining options also available nearby or as part of Adl Convention Centre at Regattas or on riverbank. Staff are very professional, pleasant and helpful. Good wheelchair access - lifts and ramps.

A great place to hold conferences, events and exhibitions. Very modern, perfectly versatile and environmentally sustainable. The next stage of redevelopment is mostly finished and will further attract MICE to Adelaide.

I ve attended several work, personal and charity functions as well as a few exhibitions and the ACC always nails it. Yesterday was no exception with friendly, polite and attentive service and an amazing spread of food throughout the day. We were even treated to fresh oysters and prawns in the afternoon.

This has improved out of sight! Since the recent river front upgrade, I find the Convention Centre lovely to go to, even if you are not going specifically for an event. I attended Hybrid World Adelaide there and Avcon and both were wonderful and perfect in this venue. It's not huge, but Adelaide has other venues that will fit bigger events so no biggie. Love it.

We use the venue annually for our festival, the staff and upper management are extremely accommodating, and are more than happy to share their knowledge. The venue itself is new, clean, easy to manoeuvre and has a great variety of options of different functions.

A recent upgrade has been undertaken and it is pleasant to walk around the centre. There are a multitude of rooms, many of which can be segregated to achieve a cosy atmosphere for attendees. The food here is excellent and staff are very accommodating. The only downside is that a number of rooms are a significant walk from the main entrance.

Was here for a Christmas party. Ceiling was nicely decorated with lights twinkling like stars. Dinner was just OK; I think I'd had better food from a good restaurant like the Belgian Beer. Their main course duck was paired with a pear like sauce that just didn't match. The side of potatoes that came with both the mains were salty and dry, and their idea of pettite fours were truffles that weren't anything special. Servers were attentive though. My only complaint is that tey wouldn't change a dish as we didn't get the alternate drop we were meant to get. We might have our Christmas party somewhere else the next few years...

Its a beautiful place to have functions. Very spacious and well organised. The Adelaide Convention Centre is a large convention centre on North Terrace, Adelaide, South Australia. It was the first purpose-built convention centre to be built in Australia.

Large modern centre overlooking the river with big halls to hold events. Felt like you could walk for days and get nowhere or maybe that was the illusion of the carpet. High ceilings made the place feel spacious even when busy.

Centrelink style service meets cruise ship schmaltz. The layer of architectural glamour on this place is micron thin, with soaring roofscapes, but poor attention to details such as foot-friendly flooring in the exhibition spaces. Something about the design of the halls just saps the energy from an event. And just that relentless Adelaide attitude combining bureaucracy with the expectations of people who believe themselves automatically entitled. It s like a fourth rate circus run by librarians. Not even a decent cafe onsite.
