An amazing facility, though only caters to upmarket events

I have been to the Convention center a few times this is the first time I was not happy with the meal, the soft drinks were flat otherwise was happy with it

Went to the convention centre for the craft show. Great venue.

Great view of the river and stadium. Food and drink service was exceptional. Awesome for a large gathering!

Great place for conventions. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, tram, bus stops. Good location.

For a graduation ceremony venue it is very nice and comfortable, the foyer area is well airconditioned and it is easily accessible via public transport

Great place to hold large functions with underground parking.

Adelaide's convention centre has seen an enormous change with now 3 centres. . Massive buildings that sit on the river front on North Terrace Adelaide. . Ample space all with in easy walking of bus train and tram. All outside the centres. . The cities top attractions all outside their doors as well. It's come along way since the first centre was built.

The interior is fancy. The view toward the Adelaide Oval is amazing

Huge venue. Nice facilities. Very expensive. Very common place for school graduation evenings.

Top convention centre ... Low on coffee options though?

Attended here for a training really lovely food and lovely staff I would recommend!

Was AIB graduation and I totally enjoyed the time spent there...

Every time i have attended an event or conference, amazing staff and friendly service. This place every year holds the most important event of the year.. AUSTRALIAN APOLOGY BREAKFAST. The breakfast provides a space to talk about, the stolen generations and bringing them home report.. the most important key points is that it is always sold out in advance.. 1200 stakeholders sit and enjoy a breakfast remmebering we are working to become a nation of change.. not many people know about it, but i have succesafully been twice now, its an event not to miss!

Fantastic facilities here and very professional staff

Spacious, beautiful. Amenities are a walk given it's position skimmin the outskirts of the most accessible area of the city, though - so it's great for the potential reach and venue you can have here. Definately a lot of fond memories seeing gaming conventions here over the years and they've been great to their loyals from what I hear which gives them a 4 from me. Accessibility has taken a huge kindness thanks to their multiple entryways and an elevator on the busy-side of the street to tackle a healthy amount of stairs. Check out the view from behind the place on the baclony if you can - great sunsets there.

1st time I've been here, apparent North Tce entrance was not very easy to find due to lack of signage. Inside was great, well airconed.

Good acoustics. Surprised seating was chairs and not platforms for better viewing.

Attended a weekend Conference. Venue was great and easily accessible.

Lovely place for a convention or event. Its got different sized rooms and is a gorgeous building with nice views over the river.

Amazing ;ocation, food is ok limited choice but big rustratio the hot water urns had just warm water not close enough to be used for tea.

Update, day two was so much better nice hot tea.

The Adelaide Convention Centre, is a great place and very clean and spacious, good seeting, great place to have a convention. If needed they have a great car park , with reasonable prices.

Huge modern venue with some views over the river. Attended as training session here for my work. The room we entered was very clean and set up with a stage, sound system, large visual screens and large round tables that were named so we could easily find the table we had booked. Lunch was provided and not only was there a massive range of hot food, cold food, pastries and hot and cold drinks, but it was absolutely delicious. Our training was easy to hear and easy to see, making our day most enjoyable. l have also attended Christmas functions here too but the food on these nights was appalling. I understand they were cooking for approximately 1000 people, but the meals were dry and portion sizes tiny, so you may want to eat before or after. Every other aspect of the Christmas nights were great including the entertainment and plenty of staff to refill your drinks, but most of all the decorations and pageant floats at the entrance were just beautiful. I would recommend the Convention Centre for work and fun. There is plenty of parking available at a cost to you.

What a great facility. I was down for IAC in September, the space was ample and flowing with thousands.
The staff were very helpful. Wonderful positioning in Adelaide. I look forward to using this venue again.

Enjoyed my time there but needs way more bathroom facilities

Good but would have liked to have more under cover area getting in.

Convention Centre is a nice place for a conference. Food was delicious, and catered well for special diets. I would happily attend another conference here.

I've been here for quite a few events and it's really easy to get to there is public transportation on Noth Terrace and ample parking garages underneath the centre as well as nearby at reasonable prices. The centre is easy to walk around and is clearly signed, there are a few steps but around the North Terrace end there is an escalator and a ramp. The food is a bit overpriced but there is places within walking distance that are cheaper to eat at. It's always beautiful clean and pleasantly air conditioned, the staff are always friendly and are willing to help.

Good central location with wonderful indoor and outdoor facilities

The appearance is modern. Convenient near the station.

NYE Gala. Great view of fireworks, delicious food and great atmosphere. Beef main and selection of desserts pictured. Toilets were too far from function area!

Xmas do with Hans.Expensive,terrible food.Cold veg tasteless sauce.Tough cold Rack of lamb,cold chicken.Freezing cold vegetarian option.Very ordinary desert.The wine would have been nice but it was warmer than the food.The band was good but not for party dancing.Hans was quite rude and sarcastic to people.

Well presented professional venue. Easy to get around.

Went to the Home ground cafe on the torrens for breakfast and the meals were awesome and prices were very reasonable. Reccomend.

Great venue. 1 star off for confusing car park... Need better signs down there directing you where to go to west or east or wherever. I went the long way round.

Very good, staff, food, nice surrounds and convenient to the cbd and more.

Facilities are good. Venue is large. Had a great day.

Great building with beautiful virws of the river & the oval. Toilets not convenient to the ball room.
