No variety nothing but fruit and veg as far as the eye can see.
Loved it. First place I visited in Adelaide. Great atmosphere
Love visiting the markets in Central Markets everytime I visit Adelaide. The amount of produce on offer is incredible and at such amazingly affordable prices. Plenty of local fruit and vegetables on offer and a great range of organically grown vegetables and fruits. There is Lots of great little cafes selling their yummy food available if your after a bite as well so If you visit Adelaide this is a must do. #LetsGuide #Adelaidefood #foodmarket #Adelaide #southaustralia
To do the shopping ok ... even super ... but tourist tour does not make sense ....
Nice market. Parking free for 1 hour. Some electric sockets to charge your batteries.
Nothing but an ordinary market. Wouldn't call it a tourism spot.
A full of amazing place with food from every place in the world. And you can easily save money in buying vegetables and fruit
Always want to visit and see this amazing place and fresh products. Ticked all the boxes.
Must see for visitors to Adelaide. The market gets incredibly busy and crowded but provides an amazing opportunity to try and buy some of South Australia's best food, wine, cheese etc
An atmosphere which must be experiance to be believed. If you suffer from claustrophobia maybe stay away.
Great place to go for great priced dinner items the morning is the best time to head to the markets especially for fruit and vegetables.
Great fresh produce. Great variety of cafes and restaurants.
This place is unreal.food food and more fresh food..fantastic experience
Best laksa in town, laksa house is one of the many choices to be found here in china town food hall.all delicious and great prices too.the fresh food produce and many unique items found in the markets make it a fantastic place to visit.
Excellent array of stalls, fresh local produce and dining options
First time in the market and really love it. Very good stuff in a vibrant place.
Fantastic range of grocery, cheeses and hard to find items, awesome for the chef or cook, along with decent cheap eateries, right in the heart of the city.
Similar to Victorian market, but Victorian is more spacious and clean, selling more variety, but the parking lot next to the market is quite recommended, no money for the first hour, you can stop and go to Chinatown for a meal
Always love going to the market. Amazing and different produce
Big enough to hold all different segments of a traditional market. Enjoy the diversity.
The smoothies at Jamu were excellent. We had the Pink Dragon smoothie, made of banana, strawberry, mango, coconut water. Service was excellent! The Central Market is a must see place in Adelaide.
Who doesn't love the Central Market. I love it so much I've moved closer to it so I can walk there every Saturday.
Fresh produce, great vibe, friendly stallholders, great coffee and food places. There's even a second hand bookshop and a great Asian supermarket.
Excellent boutique market selling fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, wine and prepared goods. Some great cafes and unlike some of the larger capital city markets, here you can sit down to have a civilized meal.
A true market in every sense, with anything food related sold here.
We came here last year to have dinner in Chinatown. Me and my wife explored the surrounding area. There are variety shops around the block, as well as Asian groceries.
Of course, there's the market itself. Interspersed amongst the seafood, fruits, vegetables, poultry and meats are a variety of miscellaneous goods, like home-made chocolate, cheeses and coffees.
While certainly not the largest market we've been to, it gives that familiar warmth and heart that a market should bring, less than 5 kilometres from the CBD.
Great place to take the family for dinner on Friday nights
Great buzz and activity in the markets. Earlier in the week is quieter but not as lively, later in the week is busier but has a lot of energy about it.
Buy fruits and veggies from the farmers and at a lower price than Coles or Woolworths
The best atmosphere here. Cheap parking. Great food.
Possibly the largest and best produce market in the southern hemisphere. Great place to wander, sample and people watch
A humming place of activity, fresh produce and near by differering restaurant eating options
Great place for all ! Highly recommended! Varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables and many more available in the market with cheaper rates than supermarkets. Cafes and eateries are easy to access.
Central Market is one of the must visit places in Adelaide, especially if you're a Foodie :)
The food variety is amazing!!!
Central Market Gourmet
Wonderful! !! You can find food from all over the world .... From Algeria to Asia !!!! Absolutely recommended! Beautiful experience!
Always a great Friday night trip. Great to see new stalks popping up. However I d like to see some more seating on the south western end.
Food, food and more food. All Asian types in the food court and more expensive restaurants on Gouger St. Spent multiple days here for lunch and dinner
Great fruit and veg well priced, great coffee place
Amazing place for fresh meat, fish, fruit and veg. A few nice eateries too.
Very expensive
Getting less and less to see
Loved it! The smell of coffee and fresh produce is lovely, great to pick up breakfast and some tasty fruit.
A market place full of fine produce and eateries. A must for any visitors to Adelaide.
Superplace for buying fresh fruits in Adelaide or supply yourself with meat, chicken, a fresh juice or chill-out with a coffee.
Loved wandering around the Central Market to find Jamface unfortunately we didn't see Poh.....
Tons of great shops here! There are many butchers with great deli meats and etc. You can find a fish market, beautiful fruit shops, bakeries and many more. To be honest I am not sure what you can t find here! I am not a local here however I can see that this is a great location to find all your grocery needs. Highly recommended
My new addition, you cannot get better food and taste in Adelaide all in the one spot with first hour free parking, the greatness of Adelaide is everywhere but the center is here.
A bit of everything available. Have a free taste before you buy fresh produce, fruit and veg and gourmet delicacies. Awsome food to consume on site ...pick a nation! An easy ride in and out on public transport.
The environment is a really cozy place. With many variety of things you can get there ranging from any sorts of fruits , meat and many other. This place is also kept really clean which I really like. I would recommand to eat at Zuma as their breakfast is really good. Overall this should be one of the place you must go when you visit Adelaide.
Love the place, people, range, and most importantly FREE PARKING.
