I had an excellent experience with Adecco. It first started out when I had a call from Ms Joyce Tan. She offered me a job opportunity. She was very warm and sincere. However, when that opportunity didn t work out, she informed me that it didn t with apologies. When she found out that I was without a job, she hastily referred me to her colleague Mr Edwin Tung.

Mr Edwin turned out to be an exceptional recruiter. He was like no other recruiter I have worked with before. He was very warm and friendly, very dedicated and conscientious, and very persistent and assertive to potential employers (and thus helped me land my current job). He also gave me very very invaluable tips that helped me through my interview to clinch the deal. I was also amazed with the way he would keep me updated almost daily on the situation till I finally signed my contract.

I was hired by 3rd Party Contractor Admin - Adecco had placed me with one of the Best MNCs, but sadly the 3rd Party company has their own hiring policies that can only hire for one year - not a good thing. Many contractors and even managers have complaint on such hiring process, as their Admins keeps changing, personal documents and data of Managers previously served are being compromised as each year they are served by different admins .

But I must say - Adecco is one of the Best Hiring Recruiters in Singapore. Fantastic Job to the Managers and Hirers - Especially Christabel and Team. They kept their contractors well informed, sending reminders and really responses very fast to our queries. Appreciate very much!

I am Evan Sanchez, a new hire under Adecco for Applied Materials. Adecco has been a huge help in finding work during this pandemic. I applied to many companies trying to look for a job and Adecco was quick to offer one to me and I really appreciate it. They even took into consideration where I lived and which job location would be convenient for me.

With regards to my onboarding process, it was handled in the smoothest way possible. The moment I was offered the job, my handler was able to liaise with Applied Materials to set up an interview as soon as possible. The rest of the requirements such as the medical checkup and the documents that I was required to sign were also handled and efficiently.

My client partner executive, Valerie, was also a huge help by arranging an online meeting to explain the onboarding process in detail. She was very pro-active in requesting for my necessary details that were important for the job. Besides requesting for the necessary things from me, Valerie also tended to my queries regarding the job without hesitation, and was always nice enough to have me contact her if I was confused about other things.

In summary, I'm really thankful for Adecco for providing me and people jobs, especially in this pandemic. As for Valerie, future applicants will be in good hands if they fall under her care.

I had a very pleasant experience with Eileen from Adecco :) She has been very professional, polite and responsive during the entire journey. She has been a great listener and is very sincere. She notices my lack of confidence in our conversation and keeps reassuring me that there must be something about me that s valuable to the company. Besides, when I was very excited and panicky over the offer (and probably not thinking properly) and asked silly questions, she remained professional with a personal touch, and gave me very good advice which calmed me down. A recruitment firm that is the least professional in terms of handling candidates and staffing in Singapore, the company simply collects a pool of candidates by putting them through a bunch of unnecessary and time consuming tests and exams, and then the interview commence with little to no preparation, the first question you are prompted is always "tell me about yourself", which reflects their desire to rely completely on the candidate to do their job for them, they also does not look into details of one's resume, CV as well as testimonial, thus, you will have to bring it up to them even though they should be equipped with those information. They are simple-minded and incompetent in their decision making process, for instance, if you a Dutch national are looking for a job in Singapore, they expect you to have geographical and culture knowledge in Singapore, regardless of your experience and skills, something that is stricter compared to the naturalization process of the country, thus, please avoid contacting the company for job opportunities or outsouring your HR if you are an employer.
