A recruitment firm that is the least professional in terms of handling candidates and staffing in Singapore, the company simply collects a pool of candidates by putting them through a bunch of unnecessary and time consuming tests and exams, and then the interview commence with little to no preparation, the first question you are prompted is always "tell me about yourself", which reflects their desire to rely completely on the candidate to do their job for them, they also does not look into details of one's resume, CV as well as testimonial, thus, you will have to bring it up to them even though they should be equipped with those information. They are simple-minded and incompetent in their decision making process, for instance, if you a Dutch national are looking for a job in Singapore, they expect you to have geographical and culture knowledge in Singapore, regardless of your experience and skills, something that is stricter compared to the naturalization process of the country, thus, please avoid contacting the company for job opportunities or outsouring your HR if you are an employer.
