Every time I do a redermination, I have issues. This time they lost my paperwork, then took another two weeks to pull their heads out. Lucky for them they're government jobs. These people would never survive in the private sector.

I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for service. Pretty impressive. Though this place is so far out north, nowhere close to the old location. (Which was also ridiculously inconvenient!)

As soon as I walked in I was told no one could personally help me and the PEAK system is messed up. I didnt get any assistance for my family and when I call to schedule an appointment the call center is ALWAYS too full. I feel helpless

I'm so glad that I don't live in this county anymore. Even other social workers have confirmed for me that this is the worst county system to work with the regarding public assistance benefits.

It's so bad that eligibility determinations are being outsourced for help from other counties

I have been waiting for 2months for my benefits! Recertification! Turned in 11/4/2019 Expidited,
Called 11/13/2019, Expidited to a Supervisor, after 5 phone calls, upto 1 hour and 45min waiting for no information. Understand I am a kinship/Foster parent for this same County! I live on a fixed income of SSDI, no income changes 12 months out of the year. I have sevear Chrones disease, doing chemo infusions,, and can get no help!, maybe this new system is not so good! Absolutly No One is held Accountable, Not Even Supervisors
They know their jobs, and Ive been very patient. No sincerity.

Very poor customer service. I was degraded and hung up on when asking a simple question about my insurance, nor was a given direction on who to call. The lady yelled at me immediately after answering, arguing with me on how to even spell my own name correctly, then refused to answer my question, and hung up. Very unprofessional.

They are so very very rude on the phone. I waited over half an hour to speak to someone on the phone. When someone finally answered I was telling the person about something on my PEAK account she interrupted me and said hold on then got up on.

The facilities are bigger, the wait times are shor...

The facilities are bigger, the wait times are shorter, the location is closer to me. I am liking the move so far, it seems to have streamlined the process. At the other building, it took me almost twenty minutes to get a new EBT card. At the new building it took maybe five minutes to get the new card. That's all I have had to go there for yet but so far so good.

The staff is very rude and racist they make up excuses to not help you and instead of helping people with their questions or their paper work they pass the day chatting and making jokes between coworkers during work time hours hate this place second time I go and the same results and disrespect I get.

The worst service ever. they are rude racist and unhelpful. my 50 year old mom is blind and without a job and she can't get any help. they are not worth the time. I don't even know how they continue to receive funding at all.

I had quite a bit of difficulty with getting my benefits straightened out and was very frustrated. Luckily I was helped by a lady named Jessica in the customer service department and she went above and beyond to help me and get me the help I desperately needed. Thank you Jessica I greatly appreciate the help you gave me.

So very clean, such smiling, happy employees at the workforce front desk that even I wish I could work there to be a part of the happy environment even early in the morning. The coach at the orientation is just so kind, humble and empathetic. The gentleman that handles transportation cards is so kind. The bathrooms are clean. They are efficient too. The phones were a 45 minute wait everytime even at off peak times.

Moved from close to house to BFE in Westminster, not easy to find. Huge, brand new building that, despite good variety of colors looks and feels cold. Unless you get there at 7:00 opening there's going to be a wait (allow at least 2 hours - NOT including drive time). If doing public transit allow extra two.hours for finding and then returning at least. Staff helpful (but unfortunately not correct), document EVERYTHING, get name/ID for when you need to speak to a supervisor (will happen trust me).

The staff have really terrible attitudes. And is certainly a case of the-left-hand-doesn't-what-the-right-hand-is-doing. Not to mention, they sound more like bill collectors over the phone. And dealing with them is nothing short of a "run-around." Very appalling and deplorable tactics.

I can't give 5 stars simply because I do not enjoy going there. However it used to be worse compounded by the grumpy old man at the reception desk. He evidently is no longer at this location but is now in Aurora. Whoa be to those who receive his wrath in Aurora! Now in actuality this location has significantly improved over the last year. It is always clean and the majority of the employees are kind and helpful. It is always an interesting experience seeing the broad demographic of those that live in our county, young and older alike.

Well okay, I had read a few of the comments left on the maps page for (Westminister.. Adam's County Center / food stamp/ housing ect.) Those comments said that they got mean mean treatment or they where just rude.ect And some mean things I'd rather not say. Well I am sorry for the service you had, I honestly think we went to Another place and not where you went. We went to the one in Westminister. The Building is Amazing ! We walked in and asked a Gentle Man were we go and he directed us to the other/desk. We talk to 2 Wonderful women, We had given her the papers and while they where going threw them , Myself ,My Son , Her and the other Lady, Started talking about the building and just Random things, there was laughing and just talking. My papers where complete and we still had conversations. And before we went there we stopped @ the coping store to get copies made. And they had asked when we got there if we needed any copies made ! Thank you Both for a Wonderful Family Greeting. That's what it felt like. Not just a place where Workers are rude or heartless. Just the opposite of that. Thank you for helping me with my papers. And being such a Joy this Morning, Gods Blessings over you both .Huge hugs !! Cynthia.

Employees don't care and they show it. Ridiculous wait times just to ask a simple question. I made sure I went early enough so as to not risk it turning 5pm and I hadn't been helped yet. I feared I would be sent away and told to come back because they were closing. Waited 4 hours for my turn and all they ended up doing was letting another department know (via email) that I was there to see them. It took 5 seconds and then I was instructed to go sit back down and wait to be called by that department. After an unknown length of time (longer than 30 mins, no one had come out yet. What if nobody was even checking their emails? Nobody would know I was even there. Went back up to the desk and told them no one has come out and requested that they make sure someone was even in that department at that time because it didn't seem like anyone had seen the email notification of me being there. It was approaching 5pm at that time. She physically walked into the back as I requested and came back out and confirmed there was one person still there but that she was refusing to see me because it was 5pm...closing time. My "fear" became a reality. I was instructed to leave my phone number and that she would call me the following day. Needless to say, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL the next day or ANY day after that, for that matter. And going down there in person was my last option to get my issue resolved. I had already attempted to reach someone via phone many times but could not get a hold of a "live" person. Not even once. I left multiple messages but they were never returned. Needless to say, I went back a few days later and tried again and it ended up being a very similar fiasco. I was eventually successful in speaking to a supervisor who reassured me that she would resolve the issue the following day and would call me to confirm that it was done. That was weeks ago and I did not get a return call and my issue still remains as I speak!!!!

People only complain when they don't get what they want. Yes the government has major red tape. What do you expect? You are asking for free things from them. America would be broke if it was that easy. Stop complaining so much. I was denied but i am not complaining about the girl in the booth 7. You might think they are laughing at you. If they did ask for a manager for that issue. Let it go and move on. You will never get everything you want.

All you people complaining remember that these services and benefits are not owed to you! Those of you who admit to having gone through every other county in Colorado already this is not supposed to be your whole life! You have to help yourself too! You shouldnt be using social services this long. Just supposed to be temporary help. So as far as the staff not working hard enough to solve all of your problems, well at least they have jobs! The waits are long because there are thousands of people wanting help everyday. There isn t enough money to help all of you AND hire enough staff to make it fast. Do you want assistance or do you want the county to take half your money away to hire more staff? I m only on assistance because I have cancer but as soon as I m well again I ll be taking care of my own children! I appreciate their help. We are lucky that we have services like this. If I have to wait a little bit I don t get mad. They re helping me and they don t have to! So you have to wait a few hours what else do you have to do? You d be sitting on your couch smoking weed if you weren t there anyway. Big deal you have to wait for free money. Boo hoo! Give me a break. If you don t like the system then get off of it. You people are a bunch of entitled babies. If you comply with everything you re required to do then there s no problems. They don t just cut your benefits off for no reason. If you lose your benefits it s because you didn t follow the rules! Seriously, quit complaining about people who are trying to help you. You all are probably so rude and mean and stupid to the people who work there that yeah, they probably have to put you in your place sometimes! So what! How nice are YOU to everyone you meet? I m guessing you re not very good at talking to customers because you aren t even working at Mcdonald s. Be grateful for what you get. Don t be jerks.
