Poor Management or we can say Worst Management. Every employee is fed up with management & they keep on complaining but they don't listen.They will never accept their mistakes. Employees are work here like slaves. No personal life in this organisation. You have to work for minimum 13 hours. Top level management is total useless. They will never listen to you. Management don't know anything about process they just keep pushing you to work. Don't work here they will make your life hell. Employees are totally underpaid.
