I've gone to the shop about 2-3 times to fix my co...

I've gone to the shop about 2-3 times to fix my computer, late update, call no answer and there's no way I can at least WhatsApp to ask about my computer status. Most notable thing is every time they say "labor charge" or "checking fee" about RM30, the problem is .. it does not get your computer fixed. First time I think ok2 lah, but after service, I'm back home same problem come back. Remember to go back and tell them to check maybe there is a small problem to .. Still charged RM30 for checking. So remember la second tried, hope for the best ... mana tau lah .. same problem. a little bit sad nk think case2 I encountered in this shop

If you have a problem with your computer, don't go to this store for any repairs. My friend's computer will go in and do a cleaning. It will not open directly. The technicians also told me that I don't know why. It was really explosive.

Sent my laptop for reformat, and they said it will...

Sent my laptop for reformat, and they said it will finish in 1 day only. But, I have to call them multiple times to ask when will they finish reformating my laptop. They said that they will give a price discount to compensate their delay in the service. Finally, they took 3 days to finish it. Whats more, my laptop processes is heavy & slow with outdated Windows 7 they installed inside. And I didnt even get the price discount that they told me before. Horrible services, never come back again.
