When I first moved in years ago it was great. Then the whole staff was replaced and it showed. They don't care about the residents or the buildings for section 8 people. They have really bad communication where the manager will pick and chose what she wants to read in an email and ignore the rest to make it seem like the resident is in the wrong. The manager never answers the phone or calls residents back either.

Took them almost a YEAR to fix the water leakage in my bathroom, lady upstairs had a toilet ring that was bad and leaking. The only reason they finally did it was because Section 8 failed the inspection.

Do NOT move into PPL buildings, they don't care anymore about helping the residents.

If i could give a 0 I would.

I've done 2 volunteer projects with this group: painting and mulching. They're really easy to work with and pretty flexible with setting something up that will be appropriate for the size of your group. Great MPLS organization.

PPL are my apartment "landlords" and have been since they accepted as well as rescued my daughter and I out of the PSP homeless shelter for women and children 4 years ago. They are absolutely wonderful! All employees are caring, compassionate, genuine and ALWAYS willing to help or lend a hand (or ear if needed!). There isn't enough good things I can say about PPL.

This so called organization is worthless! The property management they have is worthless! Nothing gets done during snow emergencies. They don't mow until you complain. They don't even own real operating machines for the amount of property they own. What kind of business is this? You suck as a whole!
