I saw Puss in boots and it was nothing like the real thing

Nice intimate setting and the play Doubt was really nice. Kudos to the cast.

very very pretty inside! went today with my sons special needs school (entire school is special needs), as present from the school, to see A Christmas Carol. My son was so excited since he had been in the hospital on Thanksgiving with pneumonia and only got clearance to attend this for an hour then go righ thome. Terrific venue, beautiful decor, great actors. ticket booth guy should however be fired. absolutely zero patience for our special needs kids, zero accomodating wheelchair, we had to insist on sitting with out group though he said there was no room there certainly were seats and wheelchair space. my son enjoyed being out and about so much he was laughing super loud so the ticket booth guy made him stay in the lobby. there was only our group and a small group up front. our group was seated in the back when they should have been up front due to vision and hearing needs. Since my son has been fighting this brain disease for the last 4 yearrs and learning to live with our new normal we are becoming used to this sort of treatment in Miami. its rare that we are treated well here (Regal Cinemas rock!!), but you would think Miracle Mile would have some class. not so. oh well. events from here on out will be to the movies instead! all in all it is a beautiful location and worth the money. just keep in mind there wont be any consideration given to anyone with special needs or disabilities.

The theater itself is located in a nice venue. A 1$/hour garage parking is available right around the corner from the theater. The employees were all courteous and welcoming. There's a mini bar inside the theater.

Was here most recently to see Evita and I have to say that my mother and I LOVED it! The show was wonderful! Our seats comfortable and the audio fantastic!!

Ring of Fire is a Must See! A tribute to Johnny Cash, June Carter Cash, country music and their timeless love story. All the cast members are amazing musicians, singers and complement each other so well that it is seamless. Thank you for a great evening and congrats to the Actor's Playhouse for a wonderfully Broadway style show in an intimate theatre!

What a great field trip experience! They were well organized for such a large group of schools. The show (Cinderella) was impressively performed and the actors kept the kids and adults engaged throughout the play.

It's always so much fun to go to the Actor's Playhouse. Just recently found out that they offer 10% off your ticket purchase with the Miami-Dade County EASY card. Recommended before, now I recommend it even more!

Came to see the musical Memphis. The cast was stellar! The stage design and costumes were great. The best musical experience that I have had in a long time.

Needs updating and a better snack bar with a better selection of beverage and snacks. Shoukd have chips, peanuts, cookies.and chocolate bar. Perhapa sell hot dogs.

Went to see Memphis. An emotional rollercoaster describing race relation on the radio in the 1950's. Theater is very clean and the stage and actors are easily visible from all seats and angles.

This beautiful little theater is like stepping back in time. They put on worthy Productions and being right on Miracle Mile you have several choices to have either lunch or dinner after your show at any number of wonderful eateries.

Excellent show, nice feature of playhouse is that its a nice size which makes it great to view shows..

I love the Actors Playhouse. I've been quite a few times to watch some shows. it's cute, intimate and they are very strict on cell phones so be sure to keep those suckers off for a few hours. The last two performances I saw here were In the Heights (by far on of my favorite shows) and West Side Story. Both of them were to see my best friend Christie Prades perform in some lead roles. I was very happy with the performances. Great location to grab a drink and some dinner or lunch after the show.

This theater is careful but needs to renew aspects and furniture and go to the detail in cleaning

This was the first time I have been to the actors play house. We went to watch Evita.It's set up like a small auditorium. Nothing like a Arsht center or anything. To be honest, I've seen auditoriums at a high school that were bigger. The place is old and feels a little dusty. That being said, the show was decent. Not sure I would return.

Awesome experience! I ve been in the summer camps for a long time, and I ve had the best time I ve ever had. The food was amazing, the interns and counselors were respectful, and the campers were so friendly. Definitely recommend!

A wonderful, award-winning theatre! Every production is different and Broadway worthy! A definite must go for theatre audiences everywhere!

The play was so much fun for the family. Only issue I had was that we arrived 1 hour prior to the performance and my 6 yrs old daughter wanted to use the restroom and they would not allow me to take her to the restroom there, they told me to go to the Starbucks near there. That's was unacceptable! Not happy with the administration there.

Awesome show! Great Atmosphere, nice Theater..Me and my wife enjoyed it. Great outing for family, friends or if your out on a date. Friendly staff also I give it 5 Stars!!!

I've been here about 3-4 times. They are ALWAYS fantastic . The shows are seamless, funny, entertaining, and , where show I e seen so far, is family friendly . In fact, we've taken our students on field trips several times...they all LoVE it! Ive seen Charlotte's Web, Miss Nelson is Missing (the best Viola Swamp) and today we watched Schoolhouse Rock. It was awesome to see some of the best songs..Conjunction Junction What's Your Function?...and how they brilliantly turned my childhood cartoon into am awesome theater play that the kida all enjoyed ( and us adults too!!)
I recommend you bring your kids and expose them to these great musical theatre shows!!

Great venue for some of the best theatre productions I have ever seen. Couldn't ask for a more entertaining regional theatre!
