I cant believe how quickly our property sold and its all thanks to David Gooding from Acton Applecross. He made what, to me, was a very stressful process, simple and easy. His great negotiating skills achieved a top price in a short space of time. Thanks David.

Told Stacey Reid about a small plumbing problem in my rental and it was all sorted within 24 hours ! awesome. Between her and the owners of the property this is the kind of service you want but don't expect.

In my field of conducting PCRs/Routines for Real Estates in Perth, I see real estate companies of all kinds. With saying that, I can easily state that Acton Applecross are one of the most organized companies I have come across. The owners are professional and warm people to deal with and the Property Managers are one of a king, probably speaks volumes the fact that they have been there for so many years. Kate is one of the best PM's I have come across in my 11 years of being in the real estate industry. We are proud to be working along side of this company so many yeas later.

I enquired through Acton's website about managing my rental property. Two weeks later and I've not heard a word. Maybe they're great once you actually hear from them, but my experience thus far hasn't filled me with confidence.

I lease my property in Bicton through Acton Applecross. Stacey Reid is the property manager and does a great job, any issue that I have or anything that needs sorting out Stacey is straight onto it.
I have been leasing my property on a 12month term and have had no issues, everything is looked after.
I highly recommend using Acton Applecross for property management.

Mums unit was offered for sale under difficult circumstance around: *age restriction; * I was interstate; *my mother had moved into residential care; and * the unit was rented a the time of being on the market. Highly recommend Gordon, he was always on time and very professional. Great communication, alway kept me informed and updated throughout the settlement process. Gordon was able to provide helpful guidance and recommendations on improving the property. He also had strong knowledge of other properties in the area. Gordon was also very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I would enlist Gordon as an agent should I sell in the future.
