Where do I even start. The trauma and pain I went through for months dealing with these people and the property owner over basic needs like there being no internet to our apartment block among a horde of other problems. I have finally moved out of the property and its the happiest day of my life. If I could give this company a worse rating, I would in a heartbeat. I advise all people considering renting from LJ hooker to stay away and advoid the misery I and many others were put through.

Would not recommend them as a rental agent or as a renter ... there property Manger don't even know the law . I have rental properties and wouldn't let them lease out a dog house .

Would never recommend. A particular agent and her demeanour are to be questioned. a disgrace, drug addicted human to put it nicely. Property owners beware and renters also. they will lie and thieve let you live in danger after reporting very unsafe living conditions i was told to pack and run from property via 3 plumbing and electrical professionals. the homeowner was cheap, cut many corners doing own home maintenance that the house started to tear apart, leak gas and not replace h/w system yet kept it alive with self servicing ten years past it's usage date. Not to mention no ventilation for it illegally installed no service stamps and no hot water release then have it bust pipes and leak throughout the house. young children and us parents left in utter danger as were told we ran. they are the worst i've ever had to deal with i had adviced of the leaks and ignored until i was about to call tenancy board. ten minutes later they scrambled three professionals started via one disgusted called co workers and the one sent via agent wrote reports of all safety violations and filed them to clean the act up and LJ and home owner cheap nasty and money hungry many others can agree one agent gets let go as property manager due to poor management yet this time it seems her match was met with homeowner.
