Action Door, and especially Kenny!, are wonderful. We had a large bay door that broke after hours. Action got someone here very quickly (Kenny) and he was professional and thorough and got us all fixed up in what I considered to be fast! I would recommend any time! Customer service off the charts!

Our garage door chain just fell off the track for the 3rd time in 2 years. Action had made 2 prior service calls during that period for the same problem; they tightened the chain, greased it, charged me and said "all fixed." This time around, I hired a different outfit who replaced the gear and sprocket assembly, suggesting that the previous tightening of the chain was exacerbating the problem by bending the assembly. Do not use these guys.

Worst customer service! I've been in that store 3x in the last 5 years and have been severely disappointed every time. It's full of pompous, arrogant, jerks who have no desire to be courteous or helpful. They cockily half answer your questions. They deliberately try and make you feel dumb. And they aren't offering any deals I'm aware of that I can't find elsewhere, so save your ego and the money in your wallets and go elsewhere if possible. Action Automatic Door & Gate, work on a better customer service strategy and I guarantee you'll experience a spike in your profits. Being arrogant, uncaring jerks isn't a great strategy for gaining clientele.

Both of our garage door openers had issues and were 17 years old builder grade openers. We had repaired them many times before but since they were not high quality we opted to purchase and have installed new garage door openers with better hinges and rollers. What a difference to have the new openers! The double garage door doesn't sound loud and shaky now. Tony M was very professional and very capable. He went right to work and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend Action Door and Gate.

Annette is awesome. Extremely knowledgeable. Very attentive. Returns calls and even answers your emails. Being a property management company I deal with many suppliers and contractors. Difficult to find someone that actually cares.

Jim did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener for us. He also helped us realize some features that we were not using on other remote openers. Jim took a look at all of our equipment and made sure it was working properly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Carlos Arias came out and did the work of two men by himself and in short order. He is the perfect example of what an outstanding employee should be. Action Automatic Door & Gate should be proud to have him. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair work or replacement.

Great honest and fast! I had been experiencing some issues with my door and was afraid I would have to put a lot of money out for the repair. But, the tech said he was able to repair it with just one part AND he had on the truck - Not only that, he actually showed me the piece that was broken so I totally understood. It only took 20 minutes!

We had them change out an out-of date hurricane garage door for one up to today's codes. Jim, I think he is the owner, was great to work with.
Miguel was prompt and professional for our initial consultation.
Ramon and Miles were the installers. Professional, easy to work with, efficient, and clean.

Came when promised, did the work like he had done it before, showed me the details, cleaned up and left. What's not to like?

My spring broke on the garage door. Action Automatic came in a very timely fashion and made it right again. They also found that the belt drive in my 12 yr old opener was on the verge of breaking and replaced that too. I was very happy with their work.
