I have an engine of them, the equipment is of excellent quality. My low ranking is due to a mishap with a technician, recommended by them for a repair, who when reviewing the equipment took the plate to review, I spent a very high budget (double the price of what I finally paid to another technician for the same repair), and by not accepting it, he informs me that he returns the badge he took, but that I have to pay him $ 1500 per visit (it cost that he did not previously inform), by stating that he was not going to pay, since this I should have reported previously, he never returned the badge I removed. I reported the situation to Actelsa, who told me that the technician's work was correct, a visit is charged, although this is not informed to the client. It seems to me that this is not the case. I am from Quilmes and if someone has a problem with an engine, I can tell him, from my subjective point, who to call and who does not, so that he does not suffer the same situation as me.

The company is good and sells quality products but if you are from the city of La Plata, like me, they give you within the options to call 3 technicians (they do not work for ACTEL sa) one of them called Bonini Eduardo who is AL QUE NO TO CALL !! Because he did not know how to fix the command of my gate, he said that the command board was broken that he had to change it and it was $ 17000, I ended up fixing this failure by reading the manual, a real shame, on top of that I charge $ 1000 for doing nothing. BE CAREFUL!
