Good variety of food choices here. Good location as it is just beside the MRT station.

The mall is a good but smaller than the usual malls. It has a lot of eateries and a few shops

Not bad. Mall connected to paya lebar mrt interchange line. Ground floor have foodcourt serving variety of food options, like chinese, malay, korean, western, and japanese but mostly are muslim friendly. Many retail stores can be found as well as singpost (post office) and posb bank. Mall being kept clean and facilities are maintained properly. Airconditioned and not so crowded during normal time and weekdays.

In general for Park Place Residences:
- mostly compact size units, no storage room
- many units with large balcony facing main road (noise)
- small living room about the same size as balcony
- paying for unusable RC beam/ledge (approx 1-2 sqm)
- average expected gross rental yield 3 - 3.5% based on psf 1600-1900

- good placing of ac ledge
- large balcony and sizeable ac ledge taking almost 5 sqm
- for non corner units get long and narrow doorway, wasted space
