Small mall with decent food selection. Accessible to MRT station.

Very good, convenient transportation, lots of things to eat, etc.

The mall is great ... all clean neatly arranged ... the price is also very affordable

A small size shopping mall in the east of Singapore. It has a Malay canteen which serves common food one can find everywhere in Singapore. Food quality is below average for the price. A small supermart operates by Giants for dairy products n household necessary. Its surrounding has other new shopping malls n industrial factories n offices. Its location is good n is conveniently linked to 2 major MRT lines (EW n CC).

Lots of shops with a wide variety of things that we can buy

I like Jolibee in that area and it's the only East area and nearest to my place to eat

Motor bike parking too expensive. first hour SGD0.70 and half and every subsequent 30 mins SGD0.70.

Another mall without anything special. The usual food outlets and supermarket at the basement.

There are not many shops, but good enough to find some nice food or go grocery shopping at Giant. There is also stationery, money exchange and other miscellaneous shops.

A good meeting point as it is accessible by MRT, east-west bound and circle line .. Lots of F&B outlets.. On Sundays, it is exceptionally crowded and thus, difficult to find a place to sit, as it is a common meeting place for maids. There is also a Giant supermarket at the basement and within the supermart, there is a 4D counter. Also at the basement is a halal certified food court. On level one, there is McDonald's, Toastbox, Ah Kun, Burger King, and many other smaller eating outlets.

A good place for food and shopping. 2 malls and MRT... However, parking is a nightmare especially during lunch time and evening. Car park is limited...

This is your particular FnB mall, and has other facilities such as Giant and Evergreen. There are also small shops that can be seen mainly in the basement. Many things to offer, but not much to do, so if you are coming for shopping or just lunch, this mall could be your go to, however activities is something this mall lacks. However, this is compensated by the nearby malls including PLQ and Singpost centre.

Let's focus on what this mall has.
It has a variety of cuisines to offer, such as Japanese (Sakae Sushi), Malay (Nasi Lemak), Mala Hotpot, Local (Wok Hey), Vegetarian (GreenDot) and many others. You can also find a McDonald's and a food court (B1). However this is just a brief glance, it has a lot more to offer.

There are also a few clothing stores, bakeries, electronic gadgets (Y2K), some cornershop-like shops. You can also find stationary items in Evergreen, and there is a pawn shop.

To conclude, if your in the area and looking for food, come to PLS. For other things like entertainment and shopping you can go to the nearby PLQ, Singpost center, and Kinex.

The neighbour has been gentrified and unrecognizable from my childhood days. Good and bad to that.

Another Mall near PayaLebar Mrt, have McDonald's, KFC, Old chang Kee and few Halal food centers, have a money changer at the basement, and flower shop at level 1 and many more good stores like MiniSo....

Mall is very bare, more for office units. Better to shop at Paya lebar quarter for greater variety
