I honestly could not be more impressed with my experience with Acme, Courtney and Ghazal. I had worked with another real estate agency and it was a struggle to putting everything together, make decisions on how we wanted the listing together and I just wasn t trusting the process. Courtney was so clear, ON IT, and kept the train moving every single step of the way. She, for example, even hoped on calls immediately if I didn t understand small parts of the paperwork. If I could sum it up, she just gets it and is incredibly professional. We sold the house in about a week. I would use acme over and again. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Courtney's whole team at ACME is fantastic - so supportive and helpful throughout the long process of buying a home! Courtney and Dominique are AMAZING. Seriously. No need to look further. If you're looking for a realtor, YOU HAVE FOUND THEM. They will work hard for you and they will understand what you're looking for. They won't push you into anything. They won't lose interest in you because you take a while to find your home (I looked for about 8 months and they always treated me incredibly). And then once you find your home, they will KICKASS in getting you the best terms and the best people to close the deal. And THEN (and I know you're probably sold now but I've gotta say one more thing) Courtney will so generously continue to be a resource for all your homeowner needs (referrals, advice etc). BOOM!! They specialize in all east side neighborhoods but will search all over LA for you. I purchased a traditional style house in Burbank and couldn't be more delighted.

I've been working with Acme for over 10 years. Two houses bought and now one house sold. They make either side of the coin a breeze and go above and beyond to make sure all parties are comfortable and satisfied. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else! Courtney at ACME is the absolute best! She initially helped us land our dream storybook bungalow in Adams Hill (2 BD 1 BA w/downstairs bonus studio/creative space), and when we were ready to sell 6 years later, she knocked it out of the park yet again. We received so much interest, very quickly, and ended up getting well over our initial asking price. Her guidance and efficiency was priceless.

I adore Courtney. She is a lady boss that knows how to get deals done and she does it with the utmost care and the highest level of communication. Within a week of hiring Acme, after six months of searching with another agent whose negotiating skills paled in comparison, I had a house in a highly sought-after area and hot hot hot market under contract. Courtney found me a dream home in the Melrose Fairfax district. It's a charming 1920's Spanish-style single-family residence right in the thick of it all but also private and peaceful. I am a first time homeowner and Courtney was essential in navigating the purchase process and the first steps of being in my new home. She had expert, professional inspectors lined up within 24 hours to go over every inch of this nearly 100yr old home and was able to help explain to me what all of the findings meant and what to do with the new information. I can't say enough what a professional expert Courtney is. But almost as important, she is a wonderful woman. She was always available to me and paid close attention to every question and ask I had regardless of size. Truly a dream to work wtth! And her team was also indispensable throughout the process. Can't thank Acme enough!

The Acme Real Estate team is AMAZING!! I'm personally not a fan of big corporate-style companies or hard-selling. Acme is run like a family business and all of her agents will pitch in to help the team out. Most real estate agents make me cringe with their oozing desperation to SELL YOU A HOUSE. Courtney knows she's not selling you anything - she's helping you to figure out what you need/want and then she's helping you to get exactly that. Courtney is a brilliant woman (She's MENSA!!) and she defies all of the ding-dong real estate agent stereotypes. In this highly competitive market you need an expert like Courtney to work/negotiate for you and a warrior to fight for you. She's all of the above.
