All around great experience! Raul helped me out and answered all my questions and more. I took my own shirts to be printed and they gave me back every single one printed to perfection. I searched around for a great print shop and thankfully I noticed that ACME prints was VOTED BEST IN PHOENIX and now I know why! As a holiday gift I wanted to get some sweatshirts printed and I am so glad I chose ACME prints for this project as they lived up to their reputation of indeed being the BEST.
I had the great pleasure of working with Zack Phillips who is the epitome of customer service. Not only is Zack knowledgable, but also extremely responsive, kind and patient. Zack worked to get my project done on time and hung in there with me to get it just right... and for that I am so grateful!

Recently I ordered 50 glass mugs through Acme to use in my business. The glasses I received say "not for canning" on one side and "not for hot products" on the other. The salesperson did not tell me about the additional writing on both sides of the mugs. I actually purchased the mugs to use as mugs. You know, for hot products.
After emailing back and forth several times with the unhelpful sales associate, requesting to return the mugs in exchange for a refund, the owner emailed me and tells me I basically get what I got. So I wasted $300+ on 50 "mugs" that I can not use.
Needless to say I am incredibly disappointed and will not be using their services ever again.
I just finished using ACME for a client's embroidered patches. Both my client and I are happy with how it turned out, and I appreciated Saul's patience as I asked a lot of questions and tried to make sure the colors were accurate. The patches were manufactured in China, so if you are considering a similar project keep in mind that it may take awhile to get them shipped back to the US, and Chinese New Year could also cause delays. I've used ACME several years now for tshirts (which they produce in their shop in Phoenix), and I've always been happy with the value, process and the results. Using them for patches was a no-brainer.
January 5th I called to get a quote for an order of hoodies, t-shirts, and beanie s for my company. I spoke with someone named Megan who asked my to email her the artwork and what I was looking for specifically. She even said we will get back to you within 24 hours, we are really good about that . It s been a couple months and I never heard back from them. Super flaky And clearly don t care about my business. I d go elsewhere.
Been getting merch made from Acme for almost 20 years now! I would never go anywhere else. High quality, affordable, timely, & great staff. Highly recommend!
Saul and the team at Acme were fantastic--very communicative and patient working through setup, and very efficient once we got going. Our shirts couldn't look better and they were even done ahead of schedule! They will definitely be my first call in the future!
Very impressed with the creative team and the fast responses from Saul and Megan! I run a small business and we've used Acme Prints for 2+ years to print business cards, a table cloth with a logo, and a sidewalk A-frame. I had a general idea of what I wanted but their creative team improved on it and made everything look so professional. We moved our office and added staff and they get everything updated each time with no errors.
I did not end up going through with AcmePrints but I wanted to come here to make sure I left a review for them. The individual that I interacted with, was very understanding and accommodating; even though I was going back and forth and being a double-minded soul. Even though my initial idea took a turn in a very different direction, it would have been a plus to give them business. Maybe some day when I am a bit more sure of what I would like to do, I will get the opportunity.
