A bit pricey for me. The parking lot is too small. I never shop there just get small items when it's on my route. My store is, Fresh Grocer! in grays ferry. Great parking and I love the deli and workers are friendly. At least to me and my husband lol lol

Great store. and the people who work there are the best. I have one problem. its the people who touch all the rolls. after spitting on there fingers, to get open the plastic bags. I think acme has to come up with a better way to purchase rolls. People are so gross. touching rolls and putting them back.

Nice. Clean the cashiers and other employees are friendly knowledgeable .

Produce was quite old...the fresh basil was dead and the Italian flat leaf parsley was wilted and neither of these was fit to cook with. I was very disappointed.

They have a never crowded beer section with more variety of beer than most beer distributors.

I absolutely LOVE this store and everyone who works there! They r not only helpful cheerful & awesome they adore my 3yr old who loves them all right back! I have only wonderful experiences there! Best Market hands down! Thank you all for workung stay healthy stay safe

Friendly service however the store Zara clean but their products are limited

The employees are helpful... My only problem was I was looking for cereal bars aisle 2 was marked for them but they were in aisle 1

Acme has everything I need and more, very friendly atmosphere and the workers are helpful, I just love going to Acme.

Ok so this is the second time i ordered from instacart and i pay for my order to be delivered in two hours. Well my order did not come when it was supposed to the first time and it's happening again smh these companies make millions / billions of dollars off your money and can't even get it right i thought they had up to two hours to deliver you items. But than i have to pay $799 for a late order. This will be the last time i order from acme and pay through instacart this sucks and you get a thumbs down ok update the girl just got here late gave me my and someone else order smh.

They got me in and out, everything was priced fairly cheap and everyone was pleasant and laughing

I like the meat department and their seafood department it's always fresh

I love this Acme it's neat clean organize the workers are very friendly and on point they always have everything and always have great sales

The Septa routes 2 and 17 stop right in front of the store for easy access.

I like this place, they are all really nice (except the was this one lady once, but I haven't seen her in months). But 4 stars because they need more checkout lines. Even when they have 10 of the 12 lanes open there is still a wait.

I like Came the prices are something high, but the sales are great.

The friendly staff if you are looking for a particular item all you have to do is ask and you will be helped very convenient for me because I do not drive the Number 2 bus will take me there and back and for me being a senior very convenient

This is a very clean, bright and welcoming market with helpful staff.

I came to this Acme a couple of times, the latest was right before the snow storm we just had a couple of days ago. I realized- I do not like the layout of the store. Something semi- minor: I think the bacon should be close to the eggs, cheese and butter section. That's where it is in most markets. It was too open of a space, which didn't make my shopping experience fluid. Also, most of the chicken was on sale which made me think something was wrong with it. Buy one get one free? Never saw that in market. The employees were pleasant and helpful, which I appreciate.

This is by far my Favorite Acme store everything is always fresh a little pricey on some items but overall my favorite.

Absolutely wonderful staff but some messed up (jacked) pricing. I always run a rough tab on what am buying and the total was twice what I expected yesterday. Shelf prices are completely inaccurate. For example I bought 3 bottles of generic "Signature Select" bottles of juice marked 1.99. They rang up at $5 each, more expensive than name brand. I don't know if this is an honest mistake or subtle price gouging, but it wasn't worth arguing over after I noticed it on my receipt nor worth ever going back to this store. They have a better selection with minimally higher prices than Shoprite etc, but I have yet to be ripped off by the competition. I won't be returning to this location, if any Acme at all. Again, perhaps it was a mistake but I feel like its opportunistic to take advantage of no returns and everyone trying to get in and out as fast as possible.

I am a couponer who loves to save $$$ .This store is the worst. They much up their own coupon policy depending on which managers there. I was told that I am only allow to use 2 coupons in a transaction and that this is being enforce at all ACMEs. Well their coupon policies on line has not been updated since 2011 and any other ACME I've gone too has not enforce this. Oh wells! I will never shop at 19th street again. I'm fine shopping at 10th street. They are much nicer anyways . But I love Shoprite!!!

I visited yesterday and all of the STAFF that I encountered (except the seafood deli team) were wearing their masks incorrectly - had pulled them down to leave their noses uncovered, for example, which studies show is the same as not wearing any mask. Various customers were also allowed to flout mask protocol here. Maybe nobody working at this store has grandparents or parents or anyone sick or at risk in their families, but hundreds of thousands of Americans are dead from this pandemic and it's upsetting to see businesses like this store treating it like a joke.

if I were walking around in the store smoking weed, I'd get kicked out, right? Why can't people who are spreading a deadly respiratory infection be treated at least as seriously as that?

This acme has conflicting instructions regarding Instacart pickup orders. There s a self made sign on the side where they want you to retrieve orders and not in the actual pickup spots made for IC orders. My shopper never came to give me my order. Thankfully the customer service worker was able to help me find my food

May have had a recent face lift. Has a very decent selection of craft beers here. Prices are fair. Service can use a little help - specifically the middle aged workers.

They got mice n rats no shitin you. Baby isle seen one jump behind the diapers.

Every item is always fresh and the workers are always giving great customer service.

Clean store, organized, was able to get what I needed to make dinner and more.

My family prefers ACME over most other grocery stores. We usually visit the store on 20th and Oregon since it's the closest. Even during this strenuous time ACME has done a lot to get us through. The employees are usually polite and helpful. Produce has been fresh each time I visit and that includes the harder to keep salads. I'll say that since mid May the shelves have been pretty well stocked. I have noticed that a few things aren't; like some flavors of soup and, of coarse, some cleaning supplies that no one can get. Overall the app works well, but after picking your sales/deals in 'Just For U' you must also check them off in the 'My List' section or it won't take everything off. Sometimes ACME has free items as 'rewards' in the app. These items I have not been lucky enough to get. They are always gone and shopping early has made no difference. Other than those two things my experience while shopping is usually enjoyable.

Great place to shop for typical supermarket products. Prices are high but selections are good and well stocked and clean environment.

I typically have enjoyed shopping at Acme while living in the suburbs. Unfortunately, the Acme s in the city just don t seem to possess the organizational skills or customer service skills that the Acme s in South Jersey have. The staff, well the majority of the staff, are rude and seem to go out of their way to avoid you.

Acme is pricer then other supermarkets in the area. This location always has available parking and a good variety of products.

Ordered a cake for a birthday party and when I came by to pick it up they said they HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT IT. I kept it together and asked for a discount on a pre-made cake. I would NOT RECOMMEND them for customized cakes. The head baker/designer is not only inept and unprofessional but was very hard to reach. There is a helpful assistant who handles requests/orders, but what good is it if the orders aren't processed and cakes aren't made? Overall a very disorganized bakery. I would go to another location or an entirely different grocery store chain.

Prices are pretty high but they give out a lot of deals to make it affordable.

I went because I saw a two-for-one offer on a new product. Unfortunately, this Acme didn't have it. I walked all over the place, after a long day of work. I showed the customer service guy the weekly ad, and he told me where to look. The woman in the meat department was very nice and walked around with me, but we couldn't find it. I went back to customer service and the guy walked around with me. We couldn't find it, so he said the product probably hadn't arrived at that particular store. Then why was it in the weekly advertisement for Acme stores across the region? Shouldn't something advertised be available? I understand if an item sells out, but that wasn't the case here.

I went through self checkout and the sales clerk was very helpful.
