they have really bad customer service dropped galaxy s6 off they had it for 7 days never called n told me it was fixed I got there it was finished 3 days after i dropped it off also waited till i got there to tell me my charge port was going bad it never had a problem with charging i am actually worried they messed up my port for more business i may would have paid them to fix it but with customer service this bad i didnt want to wait 2 weeks for my galaxy s6 to be fixed n then mabey anther issue i would call that bad customer service.
