Very cool American style diner with a fairly good sized menu. The chips were good. We went on Porsche night but the sweet parking attendant let us park in the lot because we drove in with our vintage 2CV

Good place to eye up other bikes, grab a coffee in a mug, and something to eat.

There is a very full calendar of events for bikes, socials, and cars, so keep an eye out for the things you're interested in, and make sure you go on those days.

Of course, there's nothing to stop you from going on any day!

Brilliant as ever. Been going for years & always have one of their Ace brekkys (and they are exactly that) or the equally good Chilli, Chips & Cheese with some added Tabasco sauce but beware.. you get a lot for your money

Iconic. Been said many times. A bunch of leather jackets and petrol heads mostly. Nothing wrong with that. Comfort food. My lasagna was tasty but had microwave cold spots :(. Beer also average (boddies). Not much heating in there either but as I said, lots of jackets.

When no events are on it's quiet n relaxed. You could then walk around the place and read up about the history of it and see posters of past n present events, photo's on the history of the cafe, the people of that era, the music, the movies, etc.
You could also keep a record of what's on over the coming months, etc. And, there's plenty.
If you've never been, it's worth a shot.
The staff are warm, welcoming & friendly and eager to help.
There is a large selection of food choices of differing diet preferences. Coffee's only a quid.
Enjoy!

Great place to come and feel relaxed and enjoy some no-nonsense snap. Good selection of drinks, some fine machines outside too! There's a live band on at the minute and the place is decked out in Halloween decor. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the Wembley area.

Always a good place for petrol heads to come together cars and bikes. Also don't look down on you when you randomly turn up for a late night picture of 2. Easy to get to in London right next to the North Circular, always get service with a smile and such a heritage. Long live Ace!

Seems a good place to meet up but don't bother ordering food, took me 30mins for my order to be taken and after another half an hour not even my coffee had arrived. It was a busy evening but most of the cafe had been seated and delivered their food before I had even got to order

Cafe was famous in the 50s +60s with the rockers and bikers. Was shut down and turned in to a garage. It was rediscovered and much of the original fabric of the cafe was found behind false walls. The new owners have now turned it into a venue that bikers travel to from all over Europe. Host many ride outs for charity during the year. Themed nights on thur and Fri nights from classic scooters to performance and fast bikes. Sunday daytime is bike day. Bring what you ride. Last sat of the month from 4pm is All American and pre chelsea cruise for cars.
Good cafe food. Teas . Coffees. A selection of beers.
Can even get there by tube.Stonebridge park only 200 yards away.

Great cafe and a great place to hang out. There's food and drink here the same as any other cafe, but what the other cafes lack, is the character and feel of this place.
Its proper old skool, original and retro and if you like your bikes, yours cars and your classics, then pop in here for a brew and just see what pulls up outside.
Many events staged here and many meetings through out the year. A really cool place

I've been regularly visiting the Ace Cafe for years and as a meeting place or when an event is on it's fine. Otherwise there's no reason to visit, especially as the food is invariably very badly cooked, to the extent that I no longer order food there. Friends have complained or sent the food back on many occasions.

I have always viewed photos of previous meets and thought that I should really go one day.
Today I have ventured and I was not disappointed.

Been going here on and off for around 30 years.
Bikers paradise at weekends, but during the week standard crowd looking for a good fry up.
Pretty spartan place with basic tables and you often have to sit with someone you may not know.
Basic but good food, some people call it a straight "greasy spoon" but guess the odd fry up does not hurt you as long as you exercise properly.
Great place, a local landmark in Stonebridge Park.

This place is amazing if you like motorbikes and cars.

You will find bikers from all over Europe and I guess is a unique place.

In all London there is not a place like that.

It s magic.

Car rallies , bike stunts and black leather toughs is only a small percentual of what you're going to see in Ace Cafe London.

Merchandise is available , brooches ,t-shirts and much more.

If your soul is seeking for adrenaline ' s pulse just pass by ace cafe on Friday night.

We will talk about it..

Thumbs up!

Ace Cafe London is famous for its motorcycle riders favouritism.
Actually during the week days is a place for local office and building workers to meet, eat and drink.
We had coffee here which we didn't like their taste and quality but I saw many costumers who enjoy their meals and drinks.
Maybe next time we'll have some breakfast or other meals instead to find out more about their foods.
However, the environment is interesting and worthy to visit with a lot of traditional motorcycle riding related staff.
As far as I know there are some riders gathering on weekends and some holiday and they arrange some riding programs around the city.

Wanted to go for ages now that I live fairly close. Took advantage of Open House wkend to visit and have breakfast. Nothing fancy about this place. Food or decor! I think the outside of building best thing about it. My made up breakfast was pretty dull with the palest looking scrambled eggs.

Repeat visit, but first since lockdown! An amazing job at providing indoor & outdoor seating, at social distance. As ever staff are polite & helpful and food just as good as normal. I did miss my filter coffee though!

It s great to come here, myself and biker friends have been here many many times for breakfast before a ride-out and I still pop up for breakfast on the weekend. But they re having a bad day today on both wait times for a fry-up (25+ minutes when very quiet) and cooking standards (floppy pale bacon with the fat hardly rendered out) so I m hoping this will be better next time.

Iconic place to visit if you have an interest in car or bike history. Regular meetings for classic cars. Good sized portions of food which seems to be reasonably priced. Can be a bit of a pig to get to depending on the time of day and traffic on the North Circular Road.

An historic place, with so much history to tell... but then, when you are there, it's a quite disappointing. Food is nothing special, building and furniture old and not so clean, bikes on display could be lovely but they look marooned and forgotten aside (and dusty)...
For sure this place could give and mean much more than what currently meets the eyes.

About Ace Cafe London

Ace Cafe London: The Ultimate Destination for Motorbike, Car and Rock 'n' Roll Enthusiasts

Ace Cafe London is a legendary petrol haunt that has been serving the needs of motorbike, car and rock 'n' roll enthusiasts since 1938. Located in North West London, Ace Cafe is a unique destination that offers an unparalleled experience to its visitors. With its rich history and iconic status, Ace Cafe has become a cultural institution that attracts people from all over the world.

At Ace Cafe London, we welcome all who share our passion for motorbikes, cars and rock 'n' roll. Our mission is to provide a platform where like-minded individuals can come together to celebrate their love for these three things. Whether you are a seasoned rider or just starting out on your journey as a petrolhead, you will find something at Ace Cafe that will pique your interest.

Our History

The story of Ace Cafe London dates back to 1938 when it was first opened as a roadside cafe catering to truck drivers who were passing through the area. Over time, it became popular with motorcyclists who would gather there on weekends to socialize and show off their bikes. In the 1950s and 1960s, Ace Cafe became synonymous with the emerging youth culture of Britain known as "Rockers". These young rebels would ride their motorcycles to Ace Cafe wearing leather jackets and listening to rock 'n' roll music.

In the decades that followed, Ace Cafe went through several ups and downs but managed to survive thanks to its loyal fan base. In 1994, Mark Wilsmore took over ownership of the cafe with the aim of restoring it back to its former glory. Since then, he has worked tirelessly along with his team of dedicated staff members to make sure that Ace Cafe remains relevant in today's world while staying true to its roots.

What We Offer

At Ace Cafe London, we offer much more than just food and drinks (although our menu is pretty impressive too!). We are proud hosts of various events throughout the year such as bike nights every Wednesday evening where riders can come together for an evening ride-out followed by live music performances from some of Britain's best bands.

We also host car meets every second Thursday evening where classic car enthusiasts can showcase their prized possessions while enjoying good food and company in an atmosphere reminiscent of days gone by.

For those looking for something more adrenaline-fueled than just socializing over coffee or beer - we have track days! Our track days give riders an opportunity not only test themselves against other riders but also push themselves beyond what they thought possible on some amazing tracks around Europe!

Our merchandise range includes everything from t-shirts & hoodies featuring our iconic logo designs through motorcycle accessories & parts so you can take home memories from your visit here at ACE CAFE LONDON!
