My project at TransWatt got off to a good start.
Advice was okay, but the promises made in advance were not kept and with techn. Votes were treated arrogantly - very annoying.
As an electrical shop with basic knowledge you are in a fix - at least good electrical knowledge is required at TransWatt to move forward. Or an on-site meeting with them to receive personal tutoring on implementation.
... a project-specific and sensible layout plan with identification of connections would also help - thank you.

I am very disappointed and annoyed.

Excellent advice and competent help with the configuration and composition of even complex systems with several battery banks and types. Inexpensive and competent.

Self-sufficiency in the mobile home: To this end, we have contacted various providers. In addition to the very good advice, the concept for step-by-step implementation, it was also the components that convinced us to carry out our project together with TransWatt. Before the installation, there was an installation meeting in which the installation locations were determined. This conversation also helped to calculate the effort and the associated installation costs. During the installation of the batteries, the inverter, etc., the technicians discovered that the solar system had not been correctly installed by our motorhome dealer. Despite this circumstance and some adversity with the desired installation locations, the team managed to meet the planned times. Respect! We thank all employees who were involved in the smooth and exemplary implementation of our project!

I have never seen such an arrogant style.
After the purchase, the customer is lost.
A return delivery of a defective voltage regulator is not accepted and it is claimed that the return delivery would not have been announced. An email proves the opposite: Transwatt actually lets the device go back to me in Kenya.
The statement: You had more important things to do.

I deliberately chose Transwatt from six co-suppliers and am thrilled about this great price / performance ratio.
Everyone in this team is great, and the workshop master, Mr. Ricco Byhahn, adds a lot of dedication and competence to everything. Nice they are still :)
So in terms of lithium conversion and solar systems for motorhomes, boats or dachas, one can speak of a real specialist, which really advises with his experience very well and avoids unnecessary costs.
