My project at TransWatt got off to a good start.
Advice was okay, but the promises made in advance were not kept and with techn. Votes were treated arrogantly - very annoying.
As an electrical shop with basic knowledge you are in a fix - at least good electrical knowledge is required at TransWatt to move forward. Or an on-site meeting with them to receive personal tutoring on implementation.
... a project-specific and sensible layout plan with identification of connections would also help - thank you.

I am very disappointed and annoyed.
