My biggest gripe with this internet provider is their poor after sales service and lack of communication . They sent one of their employees to investigate my woes. This he did, on May 3rd and allegedly provided a report. I hear nothing back until 20 days later. May 23rd, when I get a call from their offices, 732136200. Promises are made for a follow up. I am still waiting... As a result of my experience 2 of my neighbours have turned to a different provider. I am waiting to see what their experience will be like and then perhaps...

They are the best there ever is in the Internet Service Provision industry in Kenya, Caring customer care, Great Speeds, Dedicated 24/7 customer support and very understanding, i have used their service for five Months now and i recommend them at any given time.
