Horrible company who treat residents poorly. Only thing this company think about is the money. Staff steal family members money and take belongings. Feed family member old food. This company is a joke and will be exposed.

I have personally filed formal complaints with several state and federal agencies. I will be personally filing several state and federal lawsuits against ASI for personal injury and violation of my Disability Rights, Civil Rights, Fair Housing Laws, Federal Medical Privacy Act, Health Information Privacy (HIPAA),H.U.D Regulations, California State Landlord Tenant Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, FDIC Laws, Human Rights and other State and Federal Laws. Accessible Space Inc... is a Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. The Sky Forrest Aces Housing is owned and managed by Accessible Space incorporated which will be referred to as ASI in this document. ASI is a nationwide organization with 136 buildings in 26 states and has developed additional buildings in 31 states. Approximately 75% of ASI's combined tenants are developmentally disabled and cannot even begin to stand up for themselves....and they shouldn't have to!
