Two times now they have no showed to my dad s appointment!!! He is elderly in a wheelchair and I had to get him into my car because he was having a procedure at a hospital, which we were late for, I even confirmed the appointment the night before because they didn t call to confirm and they said yep he s on the appointments!! And when I called in the morning I was on hold for 30 minutes and then they answered and said let me get you to dispatch and put me on hold for 20 more minutes and then didn t even put me to dispatch, had to go through the whole process again but at that time I was already loading him into my car !! Total nightmare!!
I have never dealt with anyone at A2Care that are not kind, yet professional, helpful, patient & very knowledgeable. Great!
made a call to schedule a ride, 10 minutes in finally someone answered to transfer me to the FL office, on hold again waiting, 10-15 minutes later someone picks up so i can set up my ride, puts me on hold to finish up on their end. I was on hold long enough to be recycled back to the beginning to start all over, 30-35 minutes later it rings, then hangs up. no ride is setup or nothing, not exactly happy
This company was called 72 business hours (5 days counting the weekend) in advance to schedule non-emergency transport for my mother to the hospital for a MRI. They had the details of the appointment, the house and transport needs listed, insurance coverage was approved, and a confirmation number for transportation was given to us. However, on the day of the appointment they still did not have any one scheduled, and an hour before they should have arrived for pick-up, we finally found out that they could not schedule anyone. Reaching someone to find out the status of the ride took a long time 15 minutes on hold the first time, 20 minutes on hold the second time, then more wait time after our call was transferred to the correct department to get an answer better than "we're working on it."
The local ambulance and transport company could have (and had in the past) handled this request without issue, but this third party vendor (required by insurance) gave us the run around of call centers and department transfers, and ultimately when it was too late to make other plans, the information that they couldn't actually provide the service. The operator did apologize for the "inconvenience" of missing a crucial diagnostic test that delayed a chain of future doctor appointments and possible treatment.
Wish I could give them a big zero. Never showed and never called. Waited with elderly mom for ride. So dissappointing. Have reported them to insurance provider. Never ever use again. Even after confirming twice that ride was all set.
In training, so far so good. 2 weeks later, not so good. No longer employed there due to personal reasons. But of course they messed with my pay for last day worked. Said there were no punches for that day. Hmmmm.....we will wait and see what happens........

First time using this company scheduled my ride 2 weeks prior my appointment was 38 miles away from my home they called me 30 minutes before told me they were running late and that they would call me back they finally called me back and they were in another town had to reschedule my appointment now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get an artificial eye thanks for the s*** service. I will not be using this company again!!!
