By far the worst support for a product I have ever received (or not received). RUN there are far better options out there. If anything goes wrong with this software (and I promise you it will) expect that you will receive ZERO assistance
Been using AW payroll services for about 9 years and have never had any major issues. Any questions I have are always answered by the support team within the day and always very helpful. Very easy to use and so many options. Highly recommend this company and their services!
Don t do it - once they get their fee - you are on your own. And don t let them convince you otherwise. Then they won t refund the fee because you had the software over 30 days. Never worked but you had it over 30 days. I had one support ticket about accessing the program addressed one full week after I sent it! Justin in support told me I had to learn how to expand my logo myself to fit it into their program. I could go on and on but I won t at this time. I wasted so much time on this I have thoughts of legal action because I m sure it has happened with others.
I would stay very far away from this company. Their Payroll Relief program seems like a good value until you start thinking about the amount of risk you are taking compared to one of the other national company's partner programs. I knew I was in trouble when I had to call my rep and remind him to send me the link to get started, but I though that was just a fluke.
I have also informed the company three times over the last nine months that I did not want to renew my subscription but guess what, the year rolls around and they charge me for it. No responses to any of my previous inquiries, almost like they are just hoping I won't notice the charge going through. Save yourself a lot of frustration and just pick another provider.

I have been using Payroll Relief and After the Fact Payroll for over eight years to process payroll, prepare payroll tax returns, W-2's and 1099's. It is extremely comprehensive yet easy to use. They offer great and timely support. I have prepared payroll for over 30 years and these are by far the best products I have ever used.
The firm I work for switched to AccountantsWorld's After The Fact Payroll a couple of years ago. We were looking for a cost effective way to e-file after the fact payroll tax returns as well as W2s and 1099s. While every software has its limitations, we have been able to use After The Fact Payroll for all of our payroll tax clients with little trouble. Customer Service is easiest to get to via email, and they generally get back to us within a few hours. I can see how more complex payroll processing could be a challenge, but it works well for what we need it to do.
I had the good fortune of being assisted by Cindy Odell on an issue relative to the Accounting Power program. Cindy was very helpful. Courteous and pleasant as always as well as going the extra mile to instruct me on how to perform the act I was inquiring about for future knowledge. I am very pleased with AccountantsWorld Customer service in general and with Cindy Odell's performance in particular.
