I found the customer service to be excellent. The folks at ACC helped me get the correct replacement parts for my swim spa and even helped me with a couple of more technical questions I had. I really appreciated the way I was treated and will use ACC moving forward.
Three thumbs up. These guys are very good at what they do. Great (& friendly) service during my equipment swap. Love the controller; works perfectly. ACC also provided one of the most user-friendly user manuals I've ever seen -- pertinent info up front, clearly written, concise yet thorough explanations of why things work as they do.
